(He panted as he made his way towards the apartment door, his t-shirt sticking to him because of how sweaty he was. Jay stuck the key card into the lock and pushed the door open when it unlocked, and slowly made his way into the apartment. He walked into the kitchen and rummaged through the fridge for a cold bottle of water, unscrewing off the cap and downing the bottle before tossing it in the trash. His gaze shifted when he saw Erin stir on the bed, making him think he was being too loud)

(He let out a breathe and then pushed himself off the counter before making his way into the bathroom and shutting the door behind him. He brought his hand to the back of his neck and pulled his shirt up and over his head and threw it to the floor. He stepped forward and turned the shower water on, pushing his pants and boxers down before stepping into the hot water to clean himself off)

(Erin turned her head to the left again and scrunched up her nose as the sun glared through the blinds and onto her face. She squinted one eye open and then turned her head towards the bathroom door when she heard the shower running. She really didn't want to get out of bed. There was nothing she could do anyways, they had to be hyper vigilant because Jackson was still out there waiting for the right time to come to her)

(She sighed and closed her eye, catching the water shutting off in the bathroom. She opened her eyes and slowly pushed herself up and yawned, bringing her hand to her mouth before setting it back on the mattress. She sat there quietly, still waiting for her body to slowly wake up, when the bathroom door opened and jay walked out in a Henly gray t shirt, and jeans, rubbing his hair, that was now curly, with the towel)

J<"goodmorning"

E<"goodmorning"(she shot him a tired smile)

J<"I didn't wake you, did I"?(he asked tossing the towel into the hamper hoop that was attached to the closet door)

E<"no,(she dropped her gaze to the floor in the bathroom and looked up at jay),you go to the gym"?

J<"no I went for a run. So while I was out taking a fifteen minute jog around the block twice, I doubled the security up here"(he walked into the kitchen and grabbed another bottle of water and made his way back to the bedroom)

E<"I feel like a prisoner"!(She groaned)

J<"it's only been a couple days so far,(he scoffed before laughing),and plus you just woke up"

E<"so.."

J<"so...you didn't even process if your doing anything today"(he watched her drop her head back and close her eyes and then push her head forward and open her eyes)

E<"I'm not...(she pushed the comforters and sheets off and got off the bed),you forget I'm under protective custody"(she asked, filling up a mug with coffee. She grinned a little when realized he had made the coffee and let it sit)

J<"trust me,(he walked to the counter and leaned on it, watching her take a sip from her mug),I did not forget. But what I meant was, how do you know that I didn't plan anything,(he laughed as her eyes shot up and looked at him, taking a pause from sipping her coffee),we're gonna have security with us, but we're gonna walk to oak street beach"

E<"that's a four minute walk"

J<"it's something"

(Erin placed her mug on the counter and looked at him. She nodded her head slowly and took her bottom lip between her teeth)

E<"okay,(she released her lip and walked around the counter and too him, wrapping her arms around his neck),thank you"

(Jay was caught off guard when she hugged him, but after a couple seconds, he placed his hand on her lower back and kept his other hand on the counter. She pulled away and looked up at him)
