Johnson's POV:
I straightened my shirt and fixed my thin blonde hair as I walked into my new classroom, this was my first day of kindergarten and I'm super excited.
"Welcome everyone to your first day of school, I'm your teacher, Ms. Dolphin", our teacher greeted. "Today we're going to have everyone stand up, tell us their name, and one thing about themselves", she said.
"We'll start with this blue eyed boy", Ms. Dolphin said, pointing to a small boy with dark hair and a sky blue eyes.
He stood up, "Hi, my names Hamilton, but you can call me Nash, and I like acting", Nash said, then quickly sat down.
Everyone was looking at me. Oh, it's my turn. "Hi, I'm Jack Johnson and I like to sing", I said.
The boy next to me smiled and blushed, then stood up, "I'm Jack Gilinsky, and I like to sing too", he said, then sat down as well.
"Hey look! We have the same shirt!", Gilinsky said, looking at our shirts, they both were a blue shirt with a white pocket on them, we laughed and I took a bite out of my cookie.
That smile seemed to stay on my face longer than I thought, that Gilinsky kid made me feel happy, "Do you wanna be bestfriends?", he asked. "Sure!", I replied, and we put out pinkies out, and making a pinky promise to always be bestfriends.
A bell rang, which meant it was lunch time, Jack and I ran to our backpacks and pulled out our lunch bags, and sat together.
"What do you have?", Jack asked me. "Peanut butter and jelly", I said, taking a bite out of my sandwich and smiling. "Me too!", Jack grinned.
"What else do you have?", I asked. "Apples slices and goldfish crackers", Jack said, pulling out a containers with the contents. "Want some", he offered, "Sure", I said, taking an apple.

Ms. Dolphin clapped her hands in a rhythm and the class repeated the same rhythm, looking at her with all attention.
"It's time to go home now!", Ms. Dolphin said, "Today has been such a lovely first day, and I'm looking forward to seeing all of you tomorrow, have a good afternoon everyone!", Ms. Dolphin said, opening the door, revealing parents waiting for their kids outside.
I went behind Jack, and held his hand, "Come on, I want to introduce you to my Mommy", I said. "Sure!", he replied, walking out with me.
"Mommy! Mommy!", I yelled, "Hi sweetie", she said, hugging me and kissing my forehead. "This is my very bestfriend, Jack!", I introduced.
"Oh, how sweet", a lady said, walking towards us. "Hi Mom!", Jack said, hugging her.
"Who's your friend?", she asked, smiling at me, "This is my bestfriend, Jack!", he said. "How cute", she said in awe.
"Well we have to go up your Dad from work now", Jack's Mom said. "Awee", Jack said with disappointment in his tone.
"But I'll see you tomorrow right?", I asked. "Of course!", Jack said.
"Bye!", he said cheery, hugging me tightly, I smiled and waved as he ran off.
This is the start to a perfect friendship.
