Kaminari still couldn't comprehend if Jirou was mad at him or not. It was so difficult to tell. Ever since they had left the hotel room, she'd remained the same- calm, stoic, and unreadable. Now they had just finished breakfast, the four of them setting out for the beach. He felt tense and anxious, his emotions balling up inside of him and yearning to explode at any given second. How he wished he could ask her...but no, as long as the others were there he couldn't. How long can this walk take?

At last, the ground they set foot on went from cement to a soft, pale sand. Up ahead, crystal blue waves washed over the shore, the tranquilizing sound of the ocean calming their thoughts. It was so peaceful. The group walked a little further down the shore, to an area with no people at all. The scenery was a little different here, with a few large rocks jutting out of the water a couple of yards past the shoreline.

Bakugou spread out a large towel on the sand before laying down on his back, making himself comfortable before closing his eyes. Kirishima did the same, except he laid on his stomach instead with his head turned to one side.

"Psst, Earphones?" Kaminari whispered. They were standing a few feet away from the others. He hoped they were far away enough to the point Kirishima and Bakugou wouldn't be able to hear their whispering.

Jirou turned around to face him. "Yes?"

"Can we, uh...talk?"

"About what?" She asked, frowning.

Kaminari took a peek at the others, double checking that they wouldn't overhear. Both of them were busy napping on their towels. "Not here," He whispered, shaking his head. He pointed his finger at the rocks. "Meet you behind those rocks over there."

Jirou's frowned deepened as she watched him walk off. I wonder what he needs to talk about. Was it what happened earlier that morning? The moment that still resulted her heartbeat to go abnormal and a blush to appear on her cheeks just thinking about it, which is exactly why she tried to pretend like it never happened. Why am I getting so flustered over an incident that was a simple accident?

She couldn't figure that part out. Jirou checked to make sure no one was watching before she opened her duffel bag, spreading a towel open on the sand and dropping the bag on top. She then began to take off her outer layer of clothing, leaving only her swimsuit on.

The walk towards the rocks was much more enjoyable, with the feeling of soft sand slipping between her toes and the cool water splashing against her feet when she'd stepped into the ocean. As she waded into deeper water, she felt that familiar chilly feeling whenever her dry skin made contact with cold water.

Jirou spotted Kaminari up ahead, sitting on a small ledge he'd found on one of the rocks as he dipped his toes into the water. "Hey Kaminari," She called, waving to get his attention.

"Huh? Oh, Jirou!" Kaminari replied, smiling nervously. "So...uh, about earlier..."

So that is what he wants to talk about after all, she thought.

"...are you mad at me?"

"What-" Jirou began, surprised by the question. "Why would I be mad at you?"

Kaminari thought for a moment, trying his best to come up with an explanation. "Well, you were kinda avoiding me for starters, and you were acting weird at breakfast."

"Oh," She mumbled in response. "That was because I was embarrassed about...you know. What happened between us."

"Us?" Kaminari asked, raising an eyebrow. He smirked. "Well, if you put it that way-"

"Shut up Pikachu!" Jirou squealed in protest, her face turning red. "You know I didn't mean it like that you dimwit!" She gave him a shove.

Kaminari lost balance, falling off the ledge and into the water.
