It's Saturday, November 22nd, 2020.

I'm watching a movie in my room, partially because I am a highly lazy person and don't want to finish my homework but also because it's Saturday.

I check the time.

1:30am.

At that instant, a particular thought sprung up in my mind.

Oh shit, I have a test on Monday...

I got up from my bed and got everything on my desk, ready to study. I decided to do some homework for a while before heading to bed. Likewise, today was Saturday, I have an entire day tomorrow. I took out all my Math books and binder, got my timer and started to study.

The way I study is more likely different than most of you. I fix a timer for half an hour, and that's the time I study for. Next, I set a 5-minute timer, in which is my break, so that my mind can have some time to cool off before I start my next half hour of studying.

It's 2:30 am and I've just finished studying. I lay out my math binder and slip in the warm sheets of my bed.

*Alarm ringing noises*

As I woke up by the horrendous sounds of my alarm clock, I stared at the time printed on the clock.

6:30am.

Another 10 minutes, I told myself as I almost hit the snooze, but stopped as I realized I was going to keep doing this if I did.

I pondered for a while before sluggishly rolling out of my bed.I sauntered into the dimly lit kitchen, as the floors creaked beneath me. It's quiet in the house, considering everyone usually wakes up around 7:30 am, an hour later than when I get up.

Once I finished my exquisite raisin-bagels, I headed to the shower.

The cooling water woke me up and cleared my cloudy brain. As the warm water hit my spine, the droplets formed steam that slightly turned my skin a bit reddish. I always loved my shower's steamy hot; it was relaxing. The water collided into my skin, relaxing my tense muscles that were building from the stress I'm getting for this afternoon's math test.

"So, Y/N, how do you think you did on the test?" Elena asked.

Elena has been my best friend since 1st grade, and we have matured so much together. We share the deepest secrets amongst each other, and we don't spill the tea to no one. She looks so powerful and stunning, with those sharp brown eyes and beautiful shining black hair.

"Positivity only," I stated, "I think I did good." We walked into the cafeteria, only to be greeted by waves from our friends at our table.

"Hey Y/N! How was the test? " Kaitlyn questioned, as we both sat down at the table.

Kaitlyn is one of my best friends. She's so pretty, from her gorgeous long sandy blonde hair to her piercing green eyes. She's so sweet and respects everyone she encounters.

"Positivity only, I assume I did pretty well, I hope." I mean, I didn't honestly study at all, except for those two hours on Saturday night, which I have forgotten everything.

"That's good." She replied.

I brought out my food and my cell and began scrolling through the For You Page. It's been a while since I've been scrolling and talking, and I go through this TikTok video of an attractive man. The video was a POV and it was sweet. His username entitled "Goverboe."

What an interesting username I thought as I clicked on his account, watching more of his videos.

"Ooh, Whatcha looking at there?" Emma gave me the biggest smirk.

Emma is another one of my best friends. Perhaps you could say my whole group of friends are my best friends. She's tall, probably 5'8 - 5'9? She's got shoulder-length brown hair with light brown highlights. It makes her look powerful and pretty. Her skin looks tanned and she got beautiful dark blue eyes.

"I was just scrolling through the For You Page and came across this cute guy. Looking through his account at this moment," I returned her smirk.

"Y/N got a TikTok crush?" Kaitlyn smiled, but the sort where you know they're hyped.

"Shut the fuck up Kaitlyn, I literally just found out about him," I argued, begging my cheeks to stop blushing, but as usual, my body did not pay attention.

"Oh please, it's love at first site. I'm not blind, you're literally blushing." She snorted, with a large grin.

"Don't hold it back, it's fine, I got one too," Elena mentioned.

"Who is it?" I demanded.

"Zack Lugo," she said as her cheeks became red fast.

"AWWWWWE" Emma cried.

"Emma! Quit it!" She uttered.

I proceeded to look through his account, Kaitlyn watches me. Garrett was his name, and it was charming. I watched a few of his videos, they made me happy. As I investigated the comments, I realized how kind-hearted of a person he was towards everyone. His smile warmed my heart, and he was so inspiring to so many people.

So, I followed his account.
