The two were probably one of the most perfect couples ever.

"H-hey, Crash! A-are you r-ready?"
Chris turned towards the source of the voice, adjusting the bandanna on his face. "Yeah."
Chris was currently standing in the alleyway next to the mall, Tekit and Slick just arriving. Tekit looked at Chris, a small smile on his face. "So, what's our game plan?"
Chris looked from the other two supervillains to the wall of the mall building. "Well, first, we obviously have to get Strike and Mega to actually show up."
Slick chuckled. "W-we could j-just casually w-walk into th-the mall and p-pretend we a-are normal p-people. People a-are b-bound to f-freak out. S-Strike a-and M-Mega have t-to show up. They've a-apparently b-been appearing a l-lot recently a-anyways."
Slick was right. Strike and Mega have made quite a few public appearances in the past week, despite the fact that most people still hated them. It was very likely that they would show up if they got enough public attention. Chris nodded. "Okay, that sounds good."
Tekit fiddled with something on his robotic arm. "Yeah. After they show up, Slickie and I can go separate Strike from Mega and you can get your alone time to expose Mega."
"Alright, let's have some fun."
---
The trio of supervillains walked up to the front of the mall, the sliding doors sliding open rather smoothly.
Chris walked into the building, Tekit and Slick following. Chris looked around, eyes wandering over the people bustling through the mall. Each person seemed to be on their own path, going about their own days without any seemingly noticeable conflict.
That was going to change soon.
None of the people seemed to notice the three villains yet.
Chris playfully swung his arm in front of him in a "darn it" motion, looking behind him from Tekit to Slick with a playful glint in his eye while projecting his voice quite loudly. "Oh darn, I don't know what to buy. There is so much stuff. Right, guys?"
Tekit seemed to catch on, smiling in return while shaking his head. "I don't know either. How about we just browse? We're bound to find some-"
Tekit got interrupted by a loud, piercing scream.
Chris looked up to see a woman with fear radiating off of her expression, a pale, shaky, outstretched finger pointing towards the three supervillains. The mall suddenly got silent.
Chris secretly grinned under his bandanna. Even though he was here to seek answers that could change everything, he lowkey thought that this was quite fun.
Chris turned towards Slick and Tekit, gesturing for them to follow him. "Come on, let's browse."
Chris casually led the other two villains into some random clothing store, fully aware that almost all eyes in the entire viewing radius were on them. The only sounds were the soft echoes and squeaks of their shoes moving across the hard floors.
Once they were inside the store, Chris couldn't help but burst out into laughter. "Oh my god. That was hilarious. Everyone thought we were going to do something, they're probably all so confused."
Slick chuckled. "I-I know. I love th-this j-job so m-much."
Tekit turned to one of the clothing racks, brushing his robotic fingers over the fabric of the shirts. "Now we just have to wait for a bit... do you want to buy something?"
Chris shrugged. "I didn't bring my wallet... guess we're stealing."
Tekit chuckled. "Of course. But don't tell them that, we can have a little fun."
Chris nodded and picked up some random shirt off of another rack and walked over to the register, Slick and Tekit following. Chris set the shirt down onto the counter. "Excuse me? Can I get somebody over here?"
An employee hesitantly stepped up to the register, a fake smile plastered on their face. "H-hello-"
Chris raised an eyebrow. Time to have some fun. "Yeah, uh, can I speak to your manager? You're clearly not doing your job correctly."
The employee's eyes widened, sputtering. "Wh-what do you mean?"
Chris turned towards Slick and nodded, Slick getting the message. Slick immediately turned and spewed toxic waste all over a few racks of clothing.
The racks melted into uniform puddles onto the floor, the poison seeping into the now softening floor. Chris turned towards the employee, rolling his eyes while playfully scoffing. "You just ruined all of this product and my sanity. What is wrong with you?"
Chris then lifted a few racks with his telekinesis, throwing them across the store. "Also, your voice is annoying."
The employee visibly shattered, about to respond, but got interrupted by a pair of heroes flying into the store.
Strike and Mega.
Strike lifted an accusing finger. "Hey! You and your gang won't terrorize this mall any longer!"
Ugh, why'd those little shits always have to show up and ruin the fun?
A/N honestly i had fun while writing this, villain bonding time is quite cute i love them
