Seonghwa had just pulled up to San's school with the teen sitting boredly in the back. He stayed like that for a few moments before Seonghwa finally had enough and kicked him out. However, not before asking: "Are you okay Sannie?"
The teen glanced back at him just as he got out the car, a slight but devious look in his eyes. "I'm perfectly fine." This understandably had Seonghwa sceptical, however his son walked off before he could question him.
Did San want to go to school? No, of course not. No normal student would. All he wanted to do was see Wooyoung and pay a little visit to the boys from the bathroom.
Speaking of Wooyoung - the boy was already in the classroom by the time San got there. He waved at the demon with a smile and pointed to the empty seat next to him so San wasted no time speed walking over to him. "How was your first day?"
"Fine I guess," San replied honestly. "I ran into a pretty sketchy group in the bathroom, but other than that it was okay." At that, Wooyoung began to frown.
"Ah, right. Be careful of them," he warned. "They're always in the bathroom, probably smoking or something, during the second period."
San's mouth twitched as he tried his best to hide his smirk and leaned in his hand to try and conceal his smile. "Oh, you don't say?" Perhaps today wouldn't be so bad after all.
"Mhm. Just do your best to avoid them." The older teen leaned closer to him, a slight grin on his face with Wooyoung flinching at their lack of distance.
"Aww Wooyoung, do you care about me?" The blonde had pink rising to his cheeks and he quickly turned away.
"I mean...sure! You're new and all so..." As Wooyoung said that, the teacher came in and called for everyone to start the class.
For a good while, everything was going relatively well. That is till San began to fall apart over one of the questions. Wooyoung had noticed and asked if he needed help. When San said yes, Wooyoung moved his chair closer.
The demon held his breath. Wooyoung was only a few inches away from his face, his flowery scent filling San's senses. He moved away once he was done explaining but San was quick to ask for help with another problem.
He couldn't help but enjoy the close proximity. Sure, it was a tad bit manipulative to play dumb just so Wooyoung would stay close to him, but what else was San supposed to do? Try and strike up a conversation so they could find a common interest and get to know each other normally thus creating a strong bond between them that would last for years?
No. That'd be stupid.
When Wooyoung was done explaining, he looked up at San to find the older student looming over him. Their faces were still close. Wooyoung stared into San's brown eyes, wondering why he did away with (what he thought were) the purple contacts. The longer they stayed like this, the more their faces began to turn red and began to inch towards each other. The only thing interrupting them being the bell ringing throughout the room.
Both San and Wooyoung flinched back in surprise. They shared a small smile, then started to get their things together.
"Hyung, do you want to walk to the next class with me? They're pretty close to each other." Wooyoung asked shyly making San's heart nearly skipped a beat.
"Y-You want to walk with me? Yeah let's-" San stopped himself, suddenly remembering what he had to go do. "Actually Wooyoung, I've got to talk to a teacher about something. Maybe another time?"
San hated seeing that look of disappointment on the boy's face so he quickly excused himself and left the classroom. Wooyoung was left standing there with his head down. "Maybe I got the wrong idea?"
Ignoring the warning his Dad had given him, San wasted no time storming off to the bathroom. Sure enough, the very students he was looking for were there, just as Wooyoung said. One of them noticed the demon and smirked. "Back for round two, huh freak?"
San chuckled then cracked his neck. "Let's go." With a snap of his fingers, a loud click being heard from the door. One of the delinquents rushed over, his eyes wide with fear.
"It's locked!"
The demon let out a low chuckle as the other's ran over to try and pull the door open. "You don't seriously think you can escape that easily, do you?" San flicked away his brown contacts, revealing his bright eyes, glaring with their harsh violet colour. One of the delinquents shrieked suddenly as San slowly began to float over.
"Help! Help us!" They screamed, yet it was to no avail. No one seemed to notice.
"Shh," San hushed. He grabbed a student by their throat and slammed them against the wall. "No one can hear you. No one can save you from me. Now, what to do with you?" He glanced over at the toilets, and a sick grin starting to form on his face. San's eyes began to glow, then one by one, each of the students turned to him with a blank expression - now under his control. "Stand in front of a toilet or urinal. All of you." He ordered.
The students did as they were told and obediently shuffled to an empty stall. With the single flick of his hand, San bent them all to one knee, as water began to spew out of the taps. The demon's maniacal laughter echoed through the room while he watched with pure bliss as the students were continuously soaked and drowned by the toilet water.
Five minutes of this went by before San finally had his fill. He simply watched with amusement as they all gasped for air while shaking from the freezing water. "Thanks for the entertainment everyone," he laughed. San unlocked the door and was just about to leave, but stopped and turned to the group. "If you dare tell anyone of this, I'll take your souls."
Unlike Seonghwa, San didn't actually have the power to take souls, but better they believe than have anyone find out.
