Dave's Wacky Occurrences
First Day of School Part 1
There stood David Tailor, age 15, bracing for his first day at highschool. As a spunky, wide-eyed student, high school felt like visiting New York City for the first time. His goal was simple, to graduate freshman year with passing grades. New friends and stronger bonds would be a plus, but no guarantee. The bus rolled up and David walks on listening to the whining sounds of stupid, first time 6th graders in the back. Because the freshman was a hefty and tall kid, he had the honor of his own seat, and took great pleasure in not having to worry about sitting next to some idiot. As the hot August air beat down his neck he mumbled, "This is going to be pure Hell if I have to listen to those kids everyday." "Hey Dave, what did you do over the summer?" a familiar annoying voice spoke in front of him. "Well Michael I did some traveling, visited some new places, and enjoyed time with family," David perkily remarked. "Oh that's cool, I visited many science camps, and picked up some cool souvenirs, I even brought some along, although they're kind of sharp, so watch out!" Michael retorted hastily. The freshman took no mind to Michael's statements, although he was annoying, Michael was still one of his friends and did care about his comments. Suddenly a sharp feeling ripped through his shin as the bus screeched to a stop. Michael's back pack had a sharp fragment sticking out which happened to gash his skin. He squirmed in pain but resisted screaming or crying. The fragment felt like it was digging deeper into his skin, until he realized his wound totally enveloped the piece. Dave knew he had to go to the nurse, and luckily the screeching stop happened to be at his new high school.
First Day of School Part 2
The large lad staggered out of the school bus, narrowly avoiding hitting his head on the top of the bus as he dashed to the school doors. He was very unfamiliar with the layout of the high school, searching desperately to find the nurses office until finally, "Oh thank god, I found it!" he sputtered, as he stumbled inside. Out of breath, Dave plopped down on the seat as the nurse walked up to him. "What's the problem?" she bluntly asked. surprised by this he just points to his leg, expecting her to respond by grabbing tweezers to pull out the golden shard. But again to his surprise he looked to see the gash gone, completely covered by a fresh, new layer of skin that had already formed. "What's wrong, spit it out!" The nurse snapped, but the freshman only stared in shock and simply responded by standing up and apologizing, then proceeded to exit. "Okay then this is really..." Then he realized how heavy his book bag was, "What the... it wasn't this heavy before, how did it..." David didn't even finish his sentence before realizing that it looked like he lost 100 pounds. Being a large guy, he weighed 250 pounds, but suddenly David looked like an averagely fit kid. A sensation equivalent to drinking 20 energy drinks suddenly filled David's thinner body. It was power, a new power.
First Day of School Part 3
The last bell had rung, and the large lad had left to go find a place to relax after school was done. The day had felt weird, and after this morning's incidents it was clear to him something was amiss. Shortly after he experienced the "feeling" did his bag become lighter again, and his stomach once again became larger. Throughout the day he couldn't help but feel watched, and by something unpleasant nonetheless. As the freshman walked to the shady side of the building someone pulled his bag hard. The school day was out and many kids were already gone, but this tug surprised Dave immensely, "What the hell... who's there?" David snapped. Suddenly someone zipped around him to his front, there stood a medium sized kid, his glasses reflected the sunlight, making it hard to stare at his face. "So, another freshman? And a gentle giant too? Well you look like you could use a hand with that bag... I'll help... but it'll cost you." The kid responded. "Sorry bub, but I don't have cash, besides what's a creep like you following me around for?" "I got my reasons, now I know you got cash, so cough up, or you're gonna regret it." David wasn't too impressed with this threat, and proceeded on his way when a small sharp pain pounced off of his hand. Thinking it was merely a bee sting or some pebble falling off of the roof David proceeded onwards, then his arm went numb, looking over to see his hand had a small red soldier on it, no bigger than a bee, stabbing away on his hand. "HOLY CRAP WHAT IS THAT!" "That is my ability, and he will eliminate you unless you give me the cash!" The strange kid responded to the screaming question. "For my name is Quentin Rikker, and my ability, Red Choir, is unbeatable! NOW GET READY YOU FAT FUCK!"
