Chapter 12

Kirari got out of bed, kissing her girlfriend's head as she got pjs on. She then walked out of her room, but flinched slightly hearing the floorboard creak behind her. She looked and spotted Ririka rubbing her eyes walking towards her.

"I'm checking on y/n." Kirari spoke softly noticing the clock said it was past 3an.

"Me too. Normally we'd have been in her room by now." Ririka yawned.

The girl's walked towards her room, opening it softly, they heard the soft sound of the tv playing. They glanced at the bed seeing y/n's face buried in Mary's neck. Kirari stared for a couple of moments but went to step forward when she heard a whimper. Before she could even move Mary shifted and held the girl kissing her head and starting to sleep again. As if by some random reason y/n settled and slept again. Ririka wasn't sure if Mary was even awake or aware. Kirari sighed before switching the tv off and walking out the room.

"They seem to get along." Ririka yawned.

"Mhm. Go back to bed and enjoy your rest." Kirari spoke smiling at her sister.

"Enjoy cuddles with your girlfriend." Ririka teased.

"Shut up."

When Mary woke up she felt odd, a weight was pushed against her and she was not use to it. She glanced down spotting the youngest Momobami resting against her. Mary just laid there for longer, holding the girl closely and kissed her head. She knew her crush would never get this close to her again, in fact she was scared since y/n never had crushes. Her thoughts were interrupted by a loud voice kicking the door in.

"Y/n!" Midari yelled entering.

"Go away." Y/n groaned cuddling further into Mary.

"Are you cheating on me!? With blondie?" Midari faked offence.

"Yes. Go away." Y/n mutters.

"Can't do that. Come on. You promised to spend the day with me." Midari huffed.

"Go away. I wanna sleep." Y/n groaned.

"Awe. Did you not sleep good? Do you need your teddy?" Midari mocked.

"I slept amazing. Shut up." Y/n groaned.

"Yumeko is coming over shortly." Ririka spoke peaking her head in.

"Yumeko?" Both Midari and Mary asked.

"Yeah no. Bye y/n love you." Midari ran off.

"Finally." Y/n closed her eyes again.

Mary just laid awkwardly, she wasn't sure if she should move or not. An hour must have past before Kirari walked in. She genuinely looked surprised at the sight and Mary looked scared. She knew Kirari would murder her.

"Wake her up for food we made some ramen. Also Yumeko is downstairs." Kirari spoke before leaving.

Mary felt her heart stop a little at the thought of Kirari murdering her later. Instead she pushed it aside and shook the smaller girl.

"Y/n." Mary whispered.

"Sleep." Y/n mumbled.

"Come on. It's like afternoon and I need to pee." Mary spoke.

"Fine." Y/n pulled away.

It wasn't a lie to Mary, but it wasn't desperate. She climbed over y/n and then proceeded to go to the bathroom. When she exited she grabbed her clothes and got changed. She noticed y/n's lack of presence and walked down the stairs. She smiled seeing her friend and her crush.

"You sleep okay?" Kirari whispered to her sister as she hugged her.

"Best sleep ever." Y/n hugged Kirari tight.

"Good." Kirari hummed.

Y/n held onto Kirari for a little, before taking her food and sitting down. Ririka hugged the triplet from behind resting her head on her shoulder. They spoke about something but Mary couldn't hear it, a light blush crossed y/n's face.

"Here Mary. Eat up." Sayaka smiled holding a bowl to the girl.

"I suppose a sleepover is in order." Kirari spoke after a little.

"Sure." Most spoke.

"I have to go home." Mary comments.

"How come?" Yumeko asked.

"My mom wasn't exactly happy I arranged yesterday at short notice. So I should go home." Mary sighed.

"I'll have a car take you home." Kirari spoke.

"Thank you." Mary nodded.

"I guess that means I get you as a cuddle buddy." Ririka giggled to y/n.

"What about me?" Midari asked.

"Just because Yumeko is ignoring you does not mean she won't cuddle you." Mary laughed.

"Who are you talking to Mary?" Yumeko asked.

"Yumeko." Ririka warned.

"Fine." Yumeko sighed.

Mary giggled knowing Yumeko actually enjoyed the attention Midari gave her. Instead of saying anything though she just ate before standing up. She went back to y/n's room as the youngest Momobami followed.

"Do you really have to go?" Y/n asked.

"Yes. I'm sorry." Mary sighed.

"Don't be. Here, don't forget this." Y/n handed the girl her tag back.

"Thanks." Mary smiled.

"I should let you go." Y/n moved out the way.

"Yeah." Mary started walking out.

Kirari stood next to the car and glared at the girl.

"I saw your last night. You calmed her faster than I could. Faster than Midari, to the point she looks like a different person. You hurt her and i'll break you and your family into a million pieces. Now go home and I suggest on Monday you arrive to the office bright and early. I have your life plan ready." Kirari spoke.

"Yeah whatever." Mary sighed.

"Good."

Mary got into the car and sighed as it drove away, she knew it'd would have been stupid to think of her and y/n together. She just knows she's marry some random man and that would be the end of it. No choice and no way to get out the debt.
