1. For lonely people who can't sleep

First, get comfy

Second, if you have a stuffed animal that is human sized,
Wrap your blanket around it and cuddle with it

(If you don't have a human sized stuffed animal use a body pillow)

3a,put your phone underneath it with a heart beat sound
(If you want it to be more realistic use a breathing sound with it as Well with headphones)

3b if you like those fall asleep with ...... tipe of videos use that insted but make shore you put your phone beside the pillow not behind
