LISA'S POV.
"Dude, did you find a date already?" I shrugged my shoulder. As I continue to tap my fingers on my desk. Next week will be our University ball. And every day I was always reminded of that event. Because Jisoo kept asking me If I got a date already. And today was no exemption.
I shrugged. "I can go alone, man!" Then she sighed. "And it's not like I can't go with you and Rosé."
"Don't get me wrong, Lalisa. It's not that we don't want you to come with us, but you see you've been recognized as the face of the night every damn ball! But you didn't get the award even just once! What was wrong?"
Ah, yes. Because I don't feel like walking with the spotlight and even dancing with the other face of the night awardee. That's why before they announce and call the name of the awardees, I always make sure that I was already out of the venue.
"I just don't feel like dancing with a stranger, Chu." She shook her head in disbelief. Then immediately smiled upon seeing Rosé wave at her. I gave Rosé a finger heart and I got smacked on my head by Jisoo. "Ouch!"
"She's mine, jerk. Now let's go grab some food because my girlfriend is hungry."
"Okay!"

"So Lisa, you're going alone again at the ball huh," Rosé said.
I was about to shrug it off and let it go when someone caught my attention. I stopped munching my favorite food. I literally stared at her for God knows how long until she finally felt my gaze staring at her beautiful face.
Our eyes met and then she lowered her head and faced the floor.
Can I be jealous of the floor?
"Who's that?" I asked the lovers. Pointing my greasy lips to the cat-eyed girl who was the one I was talking about, entered the school cafeteria. I can see her politely shaking her head to the guys that might be asking her to be their date at the upcoming university ball.
"What are you still doing? Go get her tiger!" Rosé laughed and continue to eat the food that Jisoo kept shoving into her mouth.
I stood up and walked towards the girl.
Some of the girls who were looking at me are gasping and kept fixing their faces and hair. Then sighed from disappointment because I just walk past them.
Sorry girls, but I guess someone has my interest already.
The beautiful girl is now ordering her food to eat at the counter. I can safely say that her figure is so perfect. Her height is also perfect for mine. I can already imagine her tiptoeing just to kiss my irresistible lips. But before my imagination will go wide, I cleared my throat to get her attention which made her startled a bit, and spun around to face me.
Did my world stop?
"Hi." Are you lost, baby girl? I wanted to ask but I know today's not the perfect time..... for now. Maybe some other time.
"Hey." She showed me her gummy smile and I think I froze at my spot. My heartbeat became wild.
"Can you be my girlfriend?" I asked. Not minding if she has a boyfriend or none. Or if I'm crazy fast. But one thing's for sure. That I am willing to do anything and everything just to make her mine.
Possessive? Obsessed? Oh well, indeed.
"What? Did just Lisa ask a girl to be her girlfriend?"
"Really? What a lucky girl!" I can hear the girls talking loudly and clearly.
I stared at the girl who gave me a shocked and unreadable expression. She was about to say something when Jisoo shouted my name. "Lisa!"
This chickenhead, really!
"Yow! Why don't you guys continue to talk here? We should eat first. Lisa, pabo, come here! And Jennie please come here as well."
So, Jennie is her name. Okay, Jennie Manoban sounds perfect.

I positioned myself beside her and snaked my arm to her small sexy waist to guide her on the way to our table.
I am smiling widely. I swear to God I will not let go of this human.
Upon reaching our place Rosé pinched my ear. "Ouch!" Jennie suddenly chuckled that made my heart swell.
My new favorite sound, I like it.
"We told you to get a date, not to be so fast as flash and bug Jennie to be her girlfriend. You're impossible, pabo!" Rosé faced Jennie. "Wifey are you okay?" She asked worry evident in her voice. Jennie nodded cutely.
"What??? I didn't hurt her, I just asked her to be my girlfriend." I protested, sighing. It's true though. I never asked anyone before, I just like this girl very much. And I'm fucking sure of it. "And do you know each other?"
"Yes, silly. She's been the other face of the night, Hmm, actually, for years as well.." Rosé nonchalantly replied as she continues to eat.
"Why didn't I see her here though?" I put my elbows on the table and supported my head on my palms. I am trying to act cute toward this cat-eyed girl. And I can already see redness from her dumpling cheeks.
She's really cute.
"She's studying from the satellite of our school. They just transferred her here at the main campus because she's an ace student..." Rosé paused for a second and smacked my head. I heard Jennie chuckle again making me forget the pain of that smack and Jennie's waves of laughter always making my heart swell. "Please stop making her uncomfortable."
"If only I knew that you will be the other face of the night by then, for sure, I will never throw any chance just to have a dance with you." I sighed and went back to my position for a while ago. Making cute in front of her.
"Lisa just accept the fact that you're an idiot." I threw Jisoo a dagger look earning another smack from her loving girlfriend.
"Ouch!"
I looked at Jennie who was now smiling at me.
"You're cute." She said. Then I held her hand and kissed it. She blushed
"I think love you already, Jennie." I winked at her and the couple unbelievably shook their heads and dramatically dragged my soon-to-be wife away from me.
