If you want it so bad

Heavy rain started to fall the sky was filled with clouds and the crisp from the old lights placed down the road was flickering. Being a college student was surely a tiring thing for her. The sound of shoes tapping on the floor while the rain makes noises of it's own surely made her relaxed.

"Aww you look cute." A young girl dressed in a red shirt approached a wet brown dog and held it endearingly.

"Let's go!" Her mother shouted from afar and the girl soon followed her.

When she got nearer and nearer, the sound of keys being locked can also be heard.

"Hey!" She shouted, dropped her umbrella and ran as fast as she can to catch the man who's wearing a black pants with a dark shirt who seem to be trying to lock her house where she lives in.

As she abruptuply chase him, more tears from the sky fell down, it made the scene even more dramatic.

"Hey! Comeback here!" she shouted voice filled with anger and disgust.

"Hey" she shouted one more time as they got inside a narrow dark alley and splashes of water can be heard.

"You fucking bullsh*t,where are you?" she screamed but nothing helped and it seem like the culprit only made himself much more invisible to the human eye.

From left to right she looked, the boy seem to be invisible and got out of nowhere.

she walked anxiously inside her house to check everything, her money, gadgets or any documents.

Weirdly enough, everything was there, except for the most valuable thing that she treasures the most.

The strong wind suddenly opened her house's door revealing the man who she tried to chase earlier.

The man came inside,his footsteps echoed. Her backbone seem to be electrified with a tazor. Her hands...freezing up and the ground that she was in felt like it was trapping itself with her.

She tried to hurriedly move, but it felt like the ground is eating her up, literally.

The tension in the air was building up, the man who he suspects to be stealing from her got nearer and nearer, the air was freezingly cold and the ground slowly devoured her hungrily.

"Let me go!" she shouted in frustration, tried to run and break free but still her feet doesn't seem to agree with her.

"No" he leaned closer and whispered huskily it was just one word but still, it was filled with such dominance and hunger.

"Unless you give me that power of yours" He teasingly stated.

"Well... What if I don't want to?" she stuttered and trembled in fear, eyes were almost brimming with tears.

"Then I'm gonna force you to give it to me." He stated firmly

Before her eyes, she was being eaten alive by the earth itself. Luckily no one was around thus, making her able to use the dwelling powers inside of her.

"Focus" she thought and closed her eyes, suddenly a beaming light from her hands were emitted as she held it endearingly like it was the most precious thing she ever had, the ground didn't help it pushed her down even more making her squeal and loose concentration.

Again she tried, another light from her hands were emitted. Her eyes seem to glow yellow as well, even the wind blew stronger, making her hair strands messy, yet elegant.

"AHH!" she shouted as she let go of the beaming light towards the tan skinned man.

The man seem to be pre-occupied in making the young girl's body suffocate through the earth. Thus making the light hit him and causing to break the spell that he was using earlier.

She then tried a spell that would eventually trap the man but the man was quick to defend.

"What's your purpose here?" She shouted in frustration, as she casted a light that eventually hit him.

She was quick to act, trapped him using the same technique that she used earlier, but this time it was much more stronger since stems were also trapping his hands.

She held his trapped body, she tapped each and every corner of the man as she got to his pockets, she then grabbed her mother's ring that the man eventually stole.

"Now will you answer me?" She smirked and looked at him sassily.

"No." The man firmly said earning a slap from her.

"I'm not that cruel... but if it's needed then I'll be" She firmly said

"Wait, what's your name" the man weakly uttered, still trying to break free from the stems

"Don't act dumb you came here for a reason." She then paused for a second then stated the words "But if you want it so bad then I'm Annalise."
