Chapter 1: A weird encounter

                                     Nagisa's POV:
I'm a boy that has always been mistaken for a girl because of how long my hair is. I usually put it up into two identical pigtails. There's nothing really "special" about me besides the fact that I've always loved mythical stuff. For example, vampires. I don't really know why, but..learning more about them is something that's always fascinated me!!

I've never really had stuff like friends or a lot of money growing up so it's been a lot harder just to have fun in life. In school I'm nothing but a random student- nothings "cool" or "stand-out like" about me. But anyway, ima tell you about what's happening at the moment.

"AHHHHHHHH KAYANO THEY'RE CHASING US THEY'RE CHASING USS!!!!" I scream as I run through the haunted house. "NAGISA I KNOW I KNOW IM RUNNING AS FAST AS I CAN HERE!!" Kayano shouts sweating frantically. Next thing you know they're on the second floor, which now they're both on the ground dreadfully sweating.

"I have a question for you..WHY did you make us go to a HAUNTED house?!?!" Shouted nagisa. "LISTEN LISTEN HEAR ME OUT-" kayano said in a nervous panic. "Mhmmmm I'm listening, alright." Nagisa said sarcastically. "I just- uhm- w-wanted to have a good time with you s-since you've been really stressed and lonely lately!!" Kayano said flustered. "I wanted you to have a fun Halloween for a change instead of you sitting in your house doing nothing but watching TV.." Kayano implied.

Nagisa had to process all of this while being flustered because to be fair, Nagisa's not used to hearing stuff like this towards him. But, with his dense self he replied with "ehh..? You? Think about someone like me??" He laughed embarrassed. "That's a bluff!" He added on. Kayano, who got even more embarrassed when hearing that lashed out (with her tsundere self) "F-FINE THEN BE THAT WAY!! Y-YOU DONT HAVE TO BELIEVE ME IF YOU DONT WANT TO!!"

Nagisa then realized that they were still in the haunted house and lost. He looked at Kayano and sighed. "Alright..we're in a haunted house with no idea on where we are. You got any ideas on how to get out??" Kayano looked at him and thought to herself for a bit. "Maybe we could...ask one of the workers here??" She replied. Nagisa nodded "seems like a legit plan to me." "The only problem is..we haven't seen anyone for the past 15 minutes.."

Kayano quickly caught on to the realization and implied "Since we dont have too many options here, I think the most reasonable one would be to walk around and look for a worker?? Even though there's a high chance we'll get even more lost." Nagisa then remembered that they have phones and got his out. "Damn..There's no signal-" he said frustrated.

Kayano also pulled out her phone just to see that there's also no signal. They end up walking for about 10 minutes with yet no workers in sight. The more the steps, the more scared they get. Nagisa stops which makes Kayano stop. He looks left and right because he hears a "noise". Hoping it's a worker, he calls out "hellooooooo??? Is anyone thereeeee?!?!?!"

The last thing he saw in the distance (which moved VERY fast) was red hair.
