Who is Asahi?

I was sat at one of the practice games watching the others play against Nekoma but I was sat out as per usual with Sugawara
"Do you think we'll have to run up the hill again?" Suga asked
"Oh you're talking to me? Um... yeah, we suck" I said looking away making Suga pat me on the shoulder
"Don't lose hope we could win, besides we are doing better now with our new moves" Suga said trying to lighten the mood
"Cool, but it's no point I only ever get to play very rarely" I sighed looking at him
"I might quit to be honest, there's nothing I like about this sport anymore" I said standing up to leave
"What!? You can't just quit like that?" Suga said pulling me back down
"Fine, I'll quit when we get back" I said crossing my arms looking away from him

Back to running as always, I waited for Daichi to count to 3 and then started to sprint uphill only to trip over someone in front of me making me twist my ankle
"Ow! Ugh..." I grunted sat on the ground looking at the new bruise on my ankle
"O-oh my god I'm so sorry- here let me help you up!" The guy said holding out a hand to me which I declined by getting up myself
"I don't need your help.." I said now about to walk off
"Wait you dropped-" he was about to say something but I cut him off quickly
"I don't care just leave me alone stubble"

I walked up the hill now annoyed and just sat down next to a tree thinking about if I should leave which I probably should...
I was left to myself... until Daichi decided 'Hey! Let's bother Byoto'

"Hey Byoto So Sugas told me that you wanna-" Daichi was speaking but I already knew what he was gonna say so I beat him to it
"Quit. I know and yes I do want to quit" I said looking up at him
"You don't have to quit just cause you're always benched Byoto" Daichi said which struck a nerve
I stood up now completely p*ssed off and walked away from Daichi back down the hill trying not to smash his head off a tree.

I went into the gym and sat down on the bench crossing my arms and looking away from everyone, just to make sure nobody would bother me and surprise surprise, it worked.
I waited the whole weekend sat on the bench
and nobody talked to me, just how I like it...

We got back to school and I immediately went to the changing rooms to get changed out of my clothes. I was about to leave until someone called my name

"Hey Byoto... is it Byoto?" The tall guy asked
"Ugh what do you want stubble" I asked looking up at him
"You dropped this when we first met and um... I didn't wanna really get in your way too much after Daichi, so I just waited until now to give it to you-" he said really quickly holding out my necklace.
"Thanks whatever your name is... ummm I'm gonna go now" I said grabbing my necklace and walking off
"The names Asahi!!!" He shouted Down to me
I continued walking back home looking down at my necklace but as always Hinata miss big and bold calls me over to him, kageyama, Daichi and Suga
"Hey! Byoto come hang with us for a bit"
I walked past them looking in the other direction trying to give them a hint which they took a little too harshly, but who cares when you have no friends.

I went home, went to sleep, and woke up just about... now... oh right, I got dressed in my uniform and headed off to school.

*skip to school*

I rested my head on my hand thinking to myself considering I have zero friends and no my teammates don't count...

*skip to after school practice*

I walked up to the changing rooms as Daichi and Suga gave me confused looks, but I just shrugged it off and got changed.
"Wait so you decided to stick around..?" Kageyama asked making me sigh
"Look just because I hate everyone here doesn't mean I wanna leave..." I said walking away from everyone and going into the gym

"Byoto can you help me lay down the net please?" Asahi asked politely
"You helped me yesterday so sure I guess." I said trying to be nice
We laid down the net just in time for the others to enter the gym
"Ok everyone let's get to practice!" Daichi shouted
"Yes sir!" Almost everyone shouted back
I did my practice spikes as intended and I was gonna sit down but Nishinoya and Asahi (mostly Asahi) called me over to practice with them. I walked over to them a bit nervous considering I have no friends so I don't really socialise.
"Hi..? So um why do you wanna practice with me?" I asked confused
"O-oh because I thought you might wanna have a friend." Asahi said in the worst possible way
"Seriously? don't call me over here cause you pity me for not having friends you jerk!" I said pushing him over making Nishinoya look at me in shock. Did I mention that everyone saw me as harmless.....?
"I-I'm sorry man I wasn't saying you had no friends I-" Asahi said trying to calm me down
"Just shut it stubble.. ugh" I groaned walking away still annoyed

I stepped outside for some fresh air which was a good choice, because if I'd stayed any longer somebody would have to rip me off him. I sat down and just gazed at the stars for a solid 4 seconds because Suga came outside to talk to me.
"Hey are you alright Byoto? You got pretty heated back there..." he said sitting with me
"I'm sorry.. I overreacted towards him, and I know he was just trying to help but I just don't like this feeling of someone trying to get closer to me..." I mumbled breaking down into tears
"And who knew he had a heart" Suga said trying to lighten the mood giving me a slight chuckle
"I guess I deserve that... but still I don't like people, they get close to you, hurt you and leave you to die alone!" I exclaimed
"I understand Byoto, you don't have to stay for the rest of practice if you want" Suga said which made me smile
"Thanks Suga, but I think I should just stay here by myself" I said nudging away from him
"That's fine, come back in or not, whenever you want" Suga said reassuringly
