30. The Painter and The Thief

AN: Hi all... from here the drama begins between our couples... The next few chapters are going to be a chain of events that happen on the same day. So, to make it clear, I will mention the day and time for your convenience.

Tuesday, 7.30 AM

                  Tae buttoned up his shirt and took his tie from the dresser draw. He stood in front of the mirror and threw the tie around his neck, when his eyes landed on Tee, who was sleeping peacefully on their bed. Tae smiled happily and walked towards the bed. Tee hadn't protested or hesitated when Tae had asked him the previous night to stay in their room henceforth. He sat near the boy and caressed Tee's cheek softly, which made Tee squirm in his sleep and open his eyes slowly.

            “Good morning, baby lobster”, Tae whispered, pressing his lips to Tee’s forehead.

             The smile on Tee’s face grew wider and he bit his lower lip blushing. The red tint on his cheeks spread to the tip of his ears and down to his neck. Tae’s fingers traced the ear lobe and descended down to the dark patches that adorned Tee’s neck, while his lips glided over them on the other side of the neck. 

             "P’Tae…”, Tee moaned in giddiness and tried to push Tae away, “Do…. Door is not locked and… Co… Copgi is in the house”

             Tae hummed and pulled back from Tee reluctantly, "Baby, are you visiting the gym today?”

              “Tomorrow”, Tee whispered shyly, “After these fade away completely”, he said pointing to his shoulder and neck.

                Tae looked at the hickeys and the bite marks he had left on Tee’s shoulders and neck. They had started to fade and Tee was getting better. It made his heart jump in joy to see his baby blushing because of him and even more arousing that Tee had made no attempts to hide those hickeys, like he was showing off the ownership. But he was not in the state to enjoy the moment eventhough his baby was sprawled on the bed in a most alluring way.

              "Baby, I have something important to tell you”, Tae said hesitating.

             “Hmmm?”, Tee raised his eyes and looked at Tae curiously.

              Tae inhaled sharlply and fidgeted his fingers on Tee's soft fingers. He wanted to admit everything to Tee and stop him from visiting the gym again. But he couldn’t bring himself to tell the truth to Tee.

              ‘What if my baby leaves me again after knowing the truth?’ he thought sadly, 'But, I can't let Copgi get hurt and I definitely dont want Tee near Suchart anymore'

               “P’Tae, what is it?”, Tee asked bringing Tae out of his thoughts.

                Tae chewed his lips, looking conflicted, when a soft knock on their door stopped Tae from talking further. Tae heaved a sigh and walked towards the door. He opened the door to find Copter standing outside his room all dressed up.

               “What is it, Copgi?”, Tae asked, looking at Copter from head to toe.

                 “P’Kim asked if we could meet”, Copter said with a shy smile.

                 “Now?”, Tae asked checking the time.

                  Copter nodded fast, “Just an hour, at the children’s park… two streets away”
