The Princess and the Kaitou

Chapter 3

Joker can't believe this situation tonight, right now, his going to steal a treasure inside the palace without a fuss but then suddenly his cape is rip off by that barbaric girl with a sword infront of him. But she's not an ordinary girl; she's a princess.

A freaking Princess!

"Your a..... a princess?!" Joker and Hachi screamed.

"What?.... Have you ever seen a princess before?" Queen stated sarcastic

"Well... I only know that a princess wear gowns all day having tea with a princes or doing something fancy" Hachi reminded to himself quietly, even though Queen heard it.

"What did you say?!" Queen snarled at him make Hachi yelp.

Joker step infront of Hachi, protected him. He glared at Queen.

"Sorry for our rudeness Princess but we're not giving you this treasure!" Joker formally said with a slite of sadistic laugh

"Well then, if you not give it to me.." Queen point her sword to Joker "then I'll take the gem by killing you!"

Queen swing her sword at Joker. He block her every attack with his trump cards; swing by swing to her sword.

Joker don't want to hurt her or even counter attack her, he just dodge and block her attacks.

For a while later the two were tired of fighting, they manage to step back, for a moment.

Queen notice that Joker is not attacking her; she thought that his plan to make her tired for fighting so that he can counter attack.

"Why are you not attacking me?" Queen ask with a huff

"The code of a phantom thief that we cannot hurt people, your highness" Joker said with a huff

Queen stop and look at him then snickered a bit "well then... it's make things easier for me"

While with Joker and Hachi, Joker look at Hachi with a serious look.

"Hachi... return to the sky joker... I'll call you when I'm done with her.." Joker whispered

Hachi nodded and leave.

Queen notice the young ninja is living, she narrowed her eyes to Joker, gripping her sword.

"What is your trick, Joker?... I notice that little ninja of yours is living.. what did you told him to do?"

"I just told him to return to the sky joker.... so that we can return to our duel earlier" Joker smirked readying his cards.

Queen scoff at him, not believing his statement.

"Hah... do you think I believe that... I heard about you in the news that you easily make people fell from your tricks... and I'm not easily buying it!" Queen snarled

Queen run pass Joker to where the young ninja head to. Joker notice what she's doing she chase her and quickly grab one of her pigtails and yanked it.

"Hey!... Stop pulling my hair you..." Queen yelp.

Queen turn around and push Joker still gripping her hair make the two fall down rolling down the roof, he drop the emerald.

The two still rolling almost to the edge. Joker noticed it, he quickly hold the edge of the roof and his other free hand hold Queen's hand from not falling; he don't want to let her fall, it's a bad thing to do.

Queen was terrified, last thing she knew that she rolling down the roof then she save by a thief; she can't believed it.

The gem still rolling down the roof almost at the edge. Queen noticed it, she quickly grabed the gem when its falling with her other free hand, succesfully.
