Jessie got pushed away from her friends and had to take on 6 of the creatures by herself. She swung her legs at one while slicing the head of another, but they just kept coming at her. One pinned her down and slowly they all did. Jessie took a deep breath and tried something new. She placed her hands on their legs and absorbed all their life, causing them the explode into nothing.

A beam of light came down onto the field as more came in and tried to attack the people, an axe came swinging out to them and Jessie ducked as it destroyed the creatures around her. Soon Thor was visible with a talking-walking tree and random animal.

"Bring me Thanos!" Thor yelled and Jessie heard briefly and glitchy Bruce speak but couldn't make it out exactly. Jessie grabbed her swords out the ground and started to fight again. Jessie felt herself get cornered by the monster aliens and soon had to use that life absorbent as a weapon somehow. She held her sword tightly and focused it in the blade and used a gigantic slice destroying a few and a time until she ran out. Jessie watched her friends slowly get through the waves and Jessie was getting loads

"Help guys!" Jessie tried to yell through comms, her powers starting to fade out again

Nat got up and was with Okoye and Wanda when she saw Bucky, but not a clue on Jessie's location.

"Where is Jessie?" Nat yelled

"No clue, I didn't see her after this started" Bucky said as he shot a few more.

"Shit... Barnes look!" Nat yelled as they soon saw where she was, running over destroying as many creatures as they could

"Guys go back!" Jessie yelled. The team did so slightly then saw some light energy on the ground then a huge explosion as Jessie then sat up and got out
"They hate me more than anyone else" She stated

"Your neck" Bucky said looking at the bruises

"Stop, we got to go and do more important things than worry about bruises. My comm is down so I don't know anything" Jessie explained

"They are in the woods" Nat explained and Wanda flew off.

"Everyone, on my position. We have incoming" Steve said over comms. Nat and Okoye ran off and Jessie stayed with the animals and Bucky.

"Buck" Jessie said

"What?" He asked

"I'm scared" Jessie whispered

"It will be okay, I promise" Bucky said and they all ran and saw the purple titan. Bucky and Nat tried first and got pushed away, Jessie tried her hardest to use her powers only to get a gasp from the titan, in result he threw her down harshly knocking the wind out of her. She wrapped her arms around her ribs as she tried to breathe again and briefly blacked out. When she got back around she heard the snap and sat up desperately.

"Steve" Jessie whispered and he helped her up carefully, while holding his left side

"Where'd he go? Thor, where'd he go?" Steve asked

"Jessie...Steve?" Bucky said and the two instantly turned around. Jessie's face dropped as she saw her brother slowly fading away and them collapse into a pile of ashes

"Bucky!" Jessie said as tears filled her eyes, her and Steve went to the pile of ashes and Jessie then realised
"Steve... George!" She shouted starting to panic

"What is this? What the hell is happening?" Rhodey asked as he landed. Jessie grabbed her hair and ran towards the palace. Nat and Rhodes soon followed behind her as she got to the door of the room. Her shaken hands thumble the bracelet as she scans it and the door opens up. She cries as she ran inside and saw her son sat on the mat playing with a toy. She ran down onto her knees and hugged him tightly while silently crying.

"Mama... sad" He said as he looked at Jessie

"I'm sorry baby, mama is just so happy to see you're okay" Jessie said shakenly. Rhodes and Nat go into the room, letting Rhodes hold George while Nat comforts Jessie.
"N-nat... what about T-Tony... we need to find him" Jessie panicked

"It is okay, Jess just calm down please, I promise you, we will sort this out" Nat said and hugged the brunette tightly.

"Nat... Nick Fury is gone" Jessie said

"What?" Nat said confused and in disbelief

"It is weird, my powers just enhanced and I can actually tell who is gone... Fury got caught in it" Jessie explained.  The team went onto the jet and silently flew home to the Avenger compound. Jessie took George to bed and put the baby monitor on before she went back to Steve and Nat. Bruce had already left and Rhodes decided to go on a hunt to see who was left.

"Hey" Steve said softly as Jessie sat on the other side of the room to him. Nat gave Steve a small look before she left and hugged Jessie.

"Hi" Jessie whispered

"Come here" Steve said and Jessie stumbled over to him and sat next to him but soon shuffled up into a hug, resting her head on his chest while he wrapped his arm around her. A few tears slipped off her cheek and onto his shirt

"I'm sorry, your shirt is covered in my tears" Jessie said as she sat up slightly

"Not the first time Jess... I'm sorry, I should've tried harder" Steve said

"Don't... don't be that 'I blame myself' hero, we had no idea what was coming for us Steve. We didn't know the full capability of those stones, we went in with the small puzzle piece to a much bigger one" Jessie said sitting up and looking him in the eyes. He shuffled a little and looked back at her.

"You know I'm that type Jess, don't act like it's something new" Steve said

"Steven Grant Roger's, the one who couldn't stop fighting even though he always lost. You're heart is so pure... it is why I always liked you Steve" Jessie smiled she looked him in the eyes and soon looked away a tiny biy flustered
"We can't" Jessie grumbled

"Jess" Steve said causing her to look back at him and saw the smirk on his face

"What?" She asked and then he placed his hands on her cheeks and pulled her in for a kiss. As they finally let go they heard a small clap

"About time" Nat said and Jessie buried her head in embarrassment.
