Chapter 23

"Come on baby come for me." Kai said as he thrusted harder into me.
I pulled him so that his lips crashed on mine. I moaned into his mouth. And just after a few thrusts I hit my climax, followed by Kai.

"That felt so good." Kai said as he laid beside me. I was still panting.

"One more please." I asked as I traced his tattoo. I was never satisfied.

Just then his phone rang. What a timing. 

"Sorry love I have to take it. It's important." he said checking who was calling and he just left me there wanting for more.

"How can you fucking say that?" I heard him shouting over the phone from the balcony. Thinking of balcony, I remembered that I hadn't went for swimming for so long.

"I don't give a fuck about it. Look into it Monty. It was your responsibility. I don't want this deal to get cancelled." he sounded really angry.

"I never go to that fucking party. You know that." 

"Okay fine. It is just this once. If you repeat this again, I swear I will chop your body into more pieces than the amount we are earning from this deal. Remember that." and he cut the phone.

"What was all that about?" I asked.

"An complete asshole named Monty ruined a really important deal of millions of dollars. Now I have to go to some shit event tonight to confirm it back." he started putting on his clothes.

"So where are you going now?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Sorry I gotta go now. I have some work. Be ready by 7:30. You are coming with me tonight." how can he go just like that?

I was making sure I got revenge. Wait for it Kai. I though with a devil look on my face.

I took a shower, blow dried and curled my hair and put on some simple make up. Like I said, usually, I am not a great fan of make up.

Now time to wear the dress. It was a black backless lacey dress with lower than usual neckline. It also had a slit which reached way above my mid thigh. This was going to be a torture for Kai. Mwahahaha.

I could not help but smirk imagining his reaction.

"How long are you going to take?" Kai asked me over the phone.

"Well, considering you asked me to be ready at 7:30, I will be downstairs in 3 minutes. It is 7:27 now." I was damn sure that this was totally irritating for him. One of my hobbies.

I reached downstairs to find Kai on his phone. The clicking of my heels was enough to make him notice my arrival. He too, was dressed in a formal suit looking hotter than ever. I know, I say this every time. I guess he is so hot that he would look panty dropping in the simplest of clothes.

His jaw literally dropped seeing me. I noticed that he gulped nervously.

"You look gorgeous." he complimented.

"Thanks! You look quite handsome yourself." I half smiled and half smirked at him.

I looked around as our limo entered the mansion where the event was going to be. It looked good with the gardens, fountain and all, but it gave me somewhat negative vibes. But then, this was a mafia event.

"So Rose" Kai said to grab my attention. " I will be going for a meeting as soon as we go there. It will be in a meeting room and I don't think you are allowed there. So you will have to wait outside for some time. I will get it over as soon as possible. Then we will get back home. Till then you be safe. Okay?" he asked me with a look of concern.

"But if I had nothing to do here why did you bring me along?" I frowned.

"I couldn't leave you alone in the mansion even with my men all around. It might not be safe." he shrugged. Oh. Did I mention Enzo, Dana and Lex had went to Italy for three weeks? That was with the tickets I gifted Enzo. He had given Dana a surprise about the trip. And Leo had went somewhere with his friends and cousins from the mafia. So basically it was just me and Kai in the mansion.

"Okay." I kissed him on his cheek.

"Be safe okay?" he said as we stepped out of the car.

"Yeah. You don't need to worry much about that. I can kick some ass. Just be back as quickly as possible. I really don't like this place." Kai chuckled.

"Bye" he went away after kissing my cheek.

I looked around trying to find a spot which was isolated. I didn't exactly want to talk to anyone. Especially someone I didn't know. I was just going to do something on my phone till Kai returned.

After about an hour, I was getting pretty bored that is when I heard a voice behind me.

Actually, I was going to give you guys the whole chapter without the cliffhanger but it was too long than the other chapters so I broke it down. It was something like 2100 words which is nearly twice the usual. I was surprised I could write this much. 

Also, I am not able to find my story in any tags and can't even see the rankings. I would like to know if the problem is just with me.
