I transferred today to the greatest "Hyakkaou Private Academy".

My parents thought it was a great idea of placing me here, for I had students in my level. By level I mean in wealth, name and religion etc.
For my parents coming from a wealthy family wasn't enough, you had to come from a very good and respected family.

The fact I came from that type of family disgusted me at times. Anyways, I entered the school's gate, walking towards the building, I was pretty nervous.

I started searching for my classroom, I wasn't quite sure how the class labelling worked here.

Whatever, I kept searching in the first years section. When I was passing by a class a teacher was by the doorway waving gently to me.

"Are you y/n l/n?" She asked, I nodded and responded "yes, I'm the new student"

"Please enter your new class" she said welcoming me with an amiable smile.

"Class welcome your new classmate, Y/n L/n"
The class didn't give much of importance to my arrival, not that I cared, honestly.

Classes were boring as usual as in any other school.

All my classes were over and the bell rang for lunch. I got up, I started to feel uneasy now, I'm new and I'd have to hang out alone.

"Hello there!" said a girl with long, black, and shiny hair, her eyes were simply brown but gorgeous, she was smiling so sweetly. And if she was excited to meet me.

"Oh hi" I responded as friendly as possible, of course not much where I can scare people.

"Y/n l/n, am a right?" She asked and nodded, still cleaning up my desk before walking out of the class.

"I'm Yumeko Jambami" she introduced herself. "This here is Mary Saotome" she said pointing over to the blonde haired girl, who had her hair tied into two ponytails, and like yellow brown colour eyes.

These girls were the same as my height, or I'm probably an inch shorter, it's not noticeable, okayyyyyyy. Mary just waved without any expressions in her face.

"And finally, that's (Toyota JK) Ryota Suzui" she pointed to the guy who's taller than us, he had this dark brown hair colour, his eyes were brown as well, he looked over to me and smiled nervously.

"Is a pleasure to meet you all," I said, trying to make a good first impression.

After we ate, they showed me around the school.
They told me how this school works.

That gambling is this school is traditionally prevalent.

Of course they mentioned that almost all the students here were filthy rich.

They told me about the house pet system and the way Mary described the student council, disgusted me.

If there's one thing I hate the most, is people who act superior than others.

"It sounds awful" I said sadly

"Yo l/n-san, don't ever become a house pet, okay" Mary said looking terrified.

"Trust me We have all been a house pet before And it's almost impossible to feel a human when you've been treated like that"

she pointed at the girl who was being kicked and bullied by some random people, and others standing around laughing calling her "mittens".

I clenched my fists, I hated this school already.
"Don't worry Mary, I won't gamble here at all, thanks for warning me, and telling me the school rules" I said and they nod.

"Let's go around, bel will soon ring for classes" Ryota said as we started walking to class slowly.
