Prologue

It is my first day in Treasure High.
With my Hermès bag in my right hand, my stilettos hitting the floor violently, it signified my arrival.

The only thing missing at this moment is having two girls next to me. In due time, it was all going to fall in place. My entrance was exactly how I imagined it—enough to make me the most popular girl in school.

I am just a freshman.
I know what you're thinking.
I am overly glammed up for a freshman.

With daddy's money, I was able to achieve all of this—and a tiny help from Zoey, of course.
With my head up high—a blank expression plastered on my face. They watched me in awe, clearing the path for me to pass.

The warning bell rings, making the malodorous, and lousy students scramble from their assembled groups and lockers, heading towards their classes.
That ended it.
Rip to my dramatic entrance.

I wasn't fame thirsty, but I sure did love attention. I loved to be the topic on everyone's lips. It made me feel important.

Okay, I admit. I'm fame thirsty.

The hallway was finally empty, at least that was what I thought. I was isolated and alone. Pulling out my schedule. My eyes locked with the name printed at the top.
Anastasia George.
Averting my gaze, I had been distracted for a minute. I came face to face with a strong body, landing on the hard floor.
My perfect first day had been ruined. Glad that majority of the students were already in class, I maintained a strong grip on my bag. To be fair, it is the most expensive bag I own.

"You blind?" A voice growls in the background.

No one speaks to me that way.

I raise my head, ready to attack the loser. Instantly, our eyes connected. He had the most beautiful brown eyes, his hair was nicely done—his scent, was refreshing.
My anger suddenly disappeared, I realized he became calm too.

I mean, why wouldn't he? I am drop dead gorgeous.

"I'm sorry." His face softened, and he stretched forth his hand to help me up.

Things could have easily been solved this way, but thing is. I am too much of an Emo to let it slide.

"Is he bothering you?" It wasn't my voice.

It was a girl's. A brunette.
Her face came into view, she is beautiful—one to fit into my crowd.

It all happened so fast. Next thing after that, a teacher walks into our little gathering. I smelt trouble instantly.

"Loitering on the hallway! Detention, three of you!"

It is just my first day, and I already got detention!

Now, pause it right here. Imagine my eyes wide open. A confused brunette, and an angry teenage boy.

Little did we know we were gonna become the best of friends.
