Izuku yagi is a quirkless kid because of that he is constantly bullied by his 'sister' and his 'friends' and ignored by his 'parent's'.

As izuku is making his way 'home' he hears a growl in an ally and decided to chek it out then he sees a sludge villain
S.v: you will be a perfect skin suit to hide from him.
