Chapter 4~ Christmas

Your POV:

       You walk to the slytherin common room there's loud music and lots of food. Draco walks up to me with a cup of some drink.

"Here y/n I got this for you"

"Thanks"

         You take a sip of the drink, and Draco takes you to his dorm.

"Okay, let me ask you a few questions"

"Why"

"Just let me."

"Ok fine"

"Why have you been with Potter?"

"He is my boyfriend"

"Did he give you a love potion"

"Yeah but on accident he meant to give it to ginny and I accidentally drank it but this was months ago"

"D-do you love him"

"Yes.. but why are you-"

        Suddenly the truth potion wears off and you run out of the dorm, through the slytherin common room and run to Harry's dorm. You tell him everything that happened while crying.

     One month later

       It's now December, you have to stay at Hogwarts for Christmas and Harry goes to the Weasly's house every year so you stay in his dorm. You haven't spoken to Draco since what he did to you. You spend most of your time in the library. On Christmas Eve you were reading in the library like you have been the past week when Draco walks up to you, without saying a word he leaves a small box and a letter on the table. You turn to say thank you but he was already gone. You felt bad that you didn't get him anything so you write him a note and used your wand to make his favorite candies and brought it his dorm. He wasn't in there so you just left it on his bed. You decide to sleep in your dorm tonight and before going to sleep you open the gift that Draco got for you. You see his slytherin ring in the box that has 'Malfoy' carved on the inside. You read the note and it says..

  ''Y/n

   I know what I did was wrong, I shouldn't have given you the truth potion. Before all this stuff happened you were my best friend. So please, stay my best friend you can be with Potter and be happy.
                -DM''

     You put the note down and run to his dorm, you open the door and run into his arms. Tears start to fill your eyes.

"Be my best friend again?" you say

"Of course"

     What you don't know is that he didn't mean anything he said about you and Harry. He was in love with you.

One week later
Today is the day everyone comes back from winter break. You wait for Harry in his dorm when he walks in you give him a big hug, and tell him about how Draco 'isn't' in love with you anymore. He notices the ring on your finger but doesn't mention it. Slowly your relationship with Draco grows more and more to the point where it's like everything that happened didn't happen anymore it's like you two are brother and sister and that's how you liked it. You continue to be Harry's girlfriend and life is just how you liked it, until the end of the year. You have noticed how Harry looks at Ginny, his love for you slowly faded off. On the last day of school you were looking for him so you could walk with him to the train and you see him kissing her...

You go sit next to Draco and tell him what happened and you stayed with him and Pansy for the rest of the train ride. When there is about 30 minutes left of the train ride you walk over to Harry's carriage and slap him.

"Why did you do that!" You ask him

"Do what y/n?" He replied holding his face

"You kisses her. You kissed Ginny, I see the way you look at her. So go be with her!"

You see Draco walking you to where you are to see if you're okay, when he walks in you kiss him in front of everyone and walk out.

"I'm sor-"

In the middle of you talking he kisses you.
