My life as a lacrosse player it is rough you'll get pushed around and get hit with a stick. Let me tell you about the positions there is middy which plays on each offense and defense. now were on attackers they play up by the opposing goalie three on each side of the court. Now on to the defense you can have three long staffs on the field the middy can switch with the defense. (A/N I have school so I'll try to update as soon as possible)
