"You seem to be lost in thoughts Miss Jones?"
The man smugly asked as he noticed her confused expression
"No! No-I... Was just thinking-"

He cut her off as he heard her stutter and she blushed a light shade of red which made him smirk at her
"Sydney! There you are! I was looking for you all around this goddamn tower!"
A familiar lady's voice interrupted the conversation between her and the handsome devil and Sydney turned to face her as she stayed holding the man's arms for support
"Lara, I was here the whole fucking time! But under the bar table, thanks to your husband."
She slowly explained and Lara gasped
"this trash bag did what now!?"
She yelled annoyed at the man who was shocked seeing his own wife berate him in front of foreigners who were currently busy robbing the company
"Lara! What the fuck is this all supposed to mean!? You helped them get in? Why are you doing this?"
Callistor asked and Lara smirked at him
"I know baby, this may seem a little different than what I am usually, but I assure you that it is all because of YOU"
she scoffed and walked towards Sydney who now was sitting on the couch, was not sure if the man was a threat to her or not but seeing Lara berate Erik explained her enough
"you were serious when you said you'll hire someone to take him down!?"
Sydney asked her former boss's wife and she smirked at her, sitting beside her and taking her hand in hers
"I will do anything for my family... You know that. This man will get what he deserves.... DESTRUCTION AND DEATH."
Lara said in an unnervingly calm voice which made Sydney get chills seeing her beloved cousin's dark side
"you are not doing this for your family Lara, you are risking them! Did you really think that killing this man would solve your problems?!"
Sydney questioned her as she did not want her only close family go to prison
"who said I will be killing him? There is no killing my dear Sydney I promise! We are just going to get him thrown in prison for big time."
She explained with honesty and Sydney sighed
"then why do you have all these gun man here? Surely they are not just for show?"
She asked and Lara grinned
"without them, I can't really put Erik in prison. You see they will be helping me secure his stay in the hell olé is long and painful."
Lara replied and Sydney was about to ask her something but she once again spoke
"and if you are going to ask if they are police, they are not."
After which Sydney gave her a confused look
"I think I need to meet a doctor Lara... I can see two of you!"
Sydney said and Lara noticed her glassy eyes and slurred tone, she fainted once again on the couch and Lara gasped
"how bad must he have hit you... I'll make sure he feels it too! Mr Gruber, begin with stage two!"
Lara commanded and Hans smirked with a nod
"already on it Miss Winstor."
He replied and Lara nodded
"great. By the way, does anyone of you know how to Deal with a person who has a concussion? I may be needing some help with Sy here."
