Kuroo's POV:
Kenma and I have been bestfriends since I can remember, even though he doesn't act like it I know he cares about me.

I wish he'd show it more often, but that's Kenma and you can't change Kenma. But here I stood, trying to change Kenma. "Oh cmon Kenma! I know there's gotta be at least a little gay down there in your cold heart!!" I bumped my smaller friends shoulder. "No Kuroo, I'm straight remember? No gay here besides you Akaashi and bokuto." He said not looking at me.

"Kenmaaaaaaaa you can tell me I promise!" I pleaded to him. He HAD to tell me! I've been his bestfriend for years, he can tell me things like this! "I've told you enough Kuroo. Im not gay. End of discussion. Now bye, see you tomorrow." with that he walked away from me. "Oh...okay" I barley muttered, I mean you would to if you just listened to your crush say they weren't gay.

I sighed and accepted it. He wasn't gay and I had to accept that, even though I didn't want to. I began walking on the sidewalk, putting in my headphones and blaring music.

I got home after 4 minutes of walking and rushed to my room, yelling to my mom a short hello. "Damn" I said under my breath as I sat on my bed. Running my hands through my hair I put my bag on the ground and laid there.

Am I wasting my time loving Kenma...?

Kenma's POV:

I hurried off down the sidewalk separating homes from the paved road. Did I just say that?! Why did I say that?!?! Well I don't really know my sexuality...but Kuroo was my bestfriend, I could never love him.

I got home only to sigh, looking at my empty home. I walked into the kitchen after setting my phone down, seeing a yellow sticky note I picked up and read it. "Dinners in the fridge, I have to work late again. Love mom." She's been working late for the past week, and each time she's came home and went straight to sleep.

I sighed heavily, walking up stairs and plopping down on my bed, pulling out my phone and playing a game.
