Better Together Part 3

Husky Academy

Once up there better, more Huskies approached CC and the others as they came closer to the turf. Every Husky, however, looked angrily and Caroline as she walked by. "Raptor..." they muttered. Caroline felt uncomfortable that she approached CC. "Um... Carmen... they all keep staring at me!" Caroline whispered. CC noticed this but tried to make Caroline freak out anymore. "It'll be ok. Just... try to not look back at them." she replied not really knowing what to say. Anai, Izzy J., and Brianna all led them to an office where two guards were at the doors.

Both of them blocked the doors. "What is it now Bri?" asked a girl CC knew as Braelynn, Brianna's twin sister. "We're just here to show Carmen and her other friends what's been happening." Brianna explained. Braelynn looked shocked but when she saw CC she was ecstatic. "CARMAX!" she shouted and tackled her friend. "Cool it! You know I hate that name!" CC cried trying to get Braelynn off. The other guard looked closer at CC and was shocked to see her too. "Carm?" she asked. "Jackie?" CC asked shocked. "Oh my gosh wow!" Jackie replied shocked as they greeted each other in a civil manner. "It's been forever dude!" Braelynn cheered. "Yeah too long. So what is it about your leader?" CC asked, still confused.

They all opened the doors and showed them inside the office. Inside, there was the instructor near a bookshelf where she was turned to stone. Her face was grim but she didn't look scared at all. "W-What happened exactly?" CC asked. "Well apparently we said something about the Raptors and they went all rabies on us! We've got a few more statues but there elsewhere. We just moved hers into here." Izzy J. explained. "So that's why everyone was looking at me like that." Caroline replied. "Yeah, we've been watching out at every person that's a bird. We didn't think we'd spot you guys out there though!" Brianna replied. "Honestly we were taking shifts across the mountains and trying to find any more food until we saw the huge avalanche," Anai added. "Wow. We had the same thing happen to us, except a traitor Phoenix and a group of Wildcats revolted." CC replied. "Dang, I can't believe all of that happened!" Jackie gasped. "We've had a lot happen! CC even died at one point!" Synclaire added. "Wait if she died how did she come back?" Braelynn asked. "I was a cat when I died, so I have 8 lives left. Before we lose track of anything, we needed to speak with um... you're a leader because we needed the stones to fix the ongoing war issue." CC told them.

"Well, we would like to have a peaceful life without threats out there. We just locked up the stones so no one would mess with them." Braelynn replied by unlocking the drawer where the five stones were kept. They floated in the air and allowed for CC to take control of them to then put them into the box. "We've got all ten sets!" CC cheered. Every set of stones began to glow in the box now that they were all united again. "Be careful to not let them be so close." Jackie warned her. "Why? What are they going to do?" she asked. "From what we've learned, the stones can have some minds of their own, and they'll try to reunite again." Brianna explained. "But why is that a bad thing?" Jillian asked. "Yeah, wouldn't uniting them solve everything?" Kevin asked. "We're not exactly sure. But our instructors were too scared to find out." Anai replied.

Not wanting to argue CC shook her head and placed the stones back into the box. "We appreciate it guys. We better get going though, we need to make it to the Hidden Dragon Academy before it's too late." CC replied. "Wait, we'll come with you!" Izzy J. replied. "Oh, no sir. You guys have to stay here, it's already dangerous enough!" CC responded fiercely. The Huskies, however, didn't agree with it and gave her a look. "What is it about you guys all wanting to come!" CC cried. "We just love you too much to let you go alone!" Jackie teased. "Alright, I'm gonna call the bible gang." Izzy J. told them and took out her phone. "Wait what? They're near here?" CC asked, surprised. "Yep! Got 'em on speed dial!" she replied happily. She pushed one button on her phone and it began to ring. "Hey, you guys. Yep. I know I know! But I'm sure it'll be fun! Just get over here!" Izzy J. shouted as she spoke into her phone. When she hung up they followed her outside where a group of girls arrived in a bigger snowmobile. "We made it! Now what is it!" a girl named Sarah asked as she and the others came out.

"Yeah what's the deal this time?" asked Olivia. "Well, I'm glad you asked 'cause!" Izzy J. began and pushed CC into their view. "Carmen!" they squealed and raced up and jumped over. "This is a surprise!" Amaya shouted as they tackled their friend. "Oh my gosh, someones gonna break my spine!" CC cried as she got up. "Sorry! Now, what are you doing here?" Bella N. asked once they got off. "I came looking for help. We're on a dangerous mission where we have to stop the chaos going on." CC explained. She went in detail one last over the plan and came to the conclusion that there was a traitor Phoenix and traitor Wildcats, a hidden Dragon Academy, and having to bring the magical stones there. "Well then what are we waiting for? Let's get moving!" Olivia reassured. "Look new girls, we want to go there, but there are two problems. One, we're not even sure the place is still standing. Two, we've got no form of transportation to get us there faster if there happens to be another avalanche." Michelle told them.

The Bible gang looked to each other and the girl known as Addi held up a remote and clicked a button. Right out of the blue came a bunch of reindeer robots that looked very realistic. "We've got our ride right here!" Olivia told them. "Oh wow. Let's go then!" Kate cheered and hopped on. The girls summoned more just in case and they grabbed the final items they needed. "Are you sure you guys can handle the crazy stuff?" CC asked. "Are you kidding? Crazy is my middle name!" Sarah replied. "Boy don't we know it." CC mumbled. Taking one last look at the crew, they flew off on the robot reindeer and went to go find the hidden Academy.
