(Cafe au atsushi x actagawa) black coffee

It was a normal day at the Cafe , not a lot of people but still a good amount. We had some regulars like poe and this other guy but I never actually got to serve him so I don't know that much about him. Poe usual came for Rompo since they're dating which is fine but some times he came here because it was nice and peaceful to him.

I sat at the cash register my elbow on the counter sporting my head. I gave a sigh as I watched my co-workers goofing off, dizia taking with kunukeda and oma talking to ruby just a normal day. I was about to leave my spot when the door opened. In came a man with black hair fade to wight and gray eyes, this was the guy I never got to serve and now was my chance. I straitened my self up and got ready to take his order. Once he got to the counter I went in to a gay panic which isn't useul for me, but how could I not this guy had those eyes that could kill you with one glance. I did my best to calm down a little before taking his order.

"Hi welcome to the detective cafe ! How may I take your order, sir?" I said trying to keep calm. He looked me up and down before speaking. "I'll have a black coffee and a mocha to go." His voice was.... hot that's all I can say. I wrote down the order and asked "can I get a name?" I looked back up to him but noticed someone else behind him. A girl with Long black hair dressed in a tom-boy kind of way (just what I think gin would wear) I brushed it off and waited for my answer. "Actagawa" he said looking away. I nodded handing the slip of paper to kenij. " Ok we'll call your name when it's ready." I said smiling at him. I got ready to take the girls order but she walked off with actagawa ' are they dating?' I thought but quick hit my self in the head to get the thought out.  I put away my pen and paper whiting for kenij to give me the order.

It was amost Valentines day which is one are more busy days. I Looked around to everyone that I knew who had a lover. Ranpo had poe, ruby had mark, oma had Steven, and kunukeda was debating his sexually. 'All most everyone has a partner but me great' I thought. I felt a tap on my shoulder I looked behind me and their was kenij holding two coffee cups with the name actagawa on the label. "Here you are mr atsushi!" He said smiling like usual. I smiled and grabbed the cups. "Thanks kenij." I said as I grabbed the cups. I walked to the counter and called actagawa's name "Actagawa you orders done" I whach as actagawa and the girl walked up to the counter. He thanked me and grabbed his black coffee giving the girl the mocha. I watched as they walked away and out of the Cafe.

I looked away from the door and thought. ' I'll be alone forever won't I' I gave a sigh as I moved to my friends table. I sat inbitween dazia  and oma ,my arms crossed on the table my head on top of them. " Looks like someone had a gay panic huuh." I looked over to dazia giving him a confused look. "What?" I asked. "You heard me. You looked like you had a gay panic when actagawa got closer to you." He said as he fiteld with the straw of his drink. " Not to mention he was looking you up and down, bro." Oma chimed in. I did notice that but it was my first time sevring him so it was probably his first time he saw me.

I got up and got my self a soda from the staff room and walked back to my seat. " So how many people are going to be here on Valentine's day?" I asked trying to change the topic. It looked like dazia zoned out and oma was thinking. " Tanizakie, ruby, me, and  ranpo aren't going to be here as far as I know." Oma said smiling probably thinking about his boyfriend. " So that just leaves me, kenij, dazia, yoseno, boss, and kunukeda huh." I said. Knowing dazia he had no date since his boyfriend broke up with him and the rest of us just had no one at the moment. But maybe that will change.

🐅A month later

Another slow day and it was only 3 days till Valentine's day. I sat at the counter like usual when I heard the door open and in walked actagawa but the girl wasn't there. Him and that girl had been coming here a lot together so it was weird not seeing her. I grabbed my paper and pencil getting my self ready. " Hi welcome to the detective cafe how may I take your order." I asked a little bummed. "Can I get a black coffee and um... Your number please." I was in complete shock this guy who I thought had a girlfriend just asked for my number. I just sat their for a little before shaking my head and answering. " Oh sorry about that I zoned out but ya I'll get those for you. Actagawa right?" I tried to be smooth. He nodded with a slight blush on his cheeks. I handed kenij the order and disided that I'm got to go home early today. Actagawa took a set at a table close to the counter. I walked away for a moment to grab my phone to check my calendar when I got back actagawa was gone. "Where did the costumer go?" I asked kenij. "Oh you where not there so I gave him his coffee instead." He said with the same kind smile he always had. I paniced throwing my apron off and running out side trying to catch up to him. I saw his black hair I ran and called out. "Actagawa!" He turned around and Looked at me. I stopped right in front of him painting and out of breath. "You forgot this." I said out of breath holding up a price of paper with my number on it. He looked at me funny but that change when he took the paper. "Thanks I didn't expect you to actually give me number." He said smiling. I smiled back laughing at how desperate I probably looked. We both laughed a little before I went back to my job and him to his daily life.

🌃That night🌃

I laid in bed trying to sleep but kept thinking about Valentine's day. Maybe this is my chance to be one of the people to be out on Valentine's day. I was lost in thought when my phone started to ring. I picked it up ther was a unknown number on it but I answered nun the less. " Hello this is atsushi speaking" I said waiting for my answer." Hello this is actagawa from earlier today." I wasn't expecting him to actually call me. " Oh hi actagawa I wasn't expecting you to call so soon." I said. " Well I was wondering if you wanted to go out on v-valentine's day with me." Even though I didn't know him that well he was my type and pretty cute. " Sure I don't see why not what time?" " Is 3 ok 3 pm?" " Of course." After that we just talked for what felt like forever when in reality it was 2 hours.

💕Valentines day 💕

I got up and dressed for my date today. I put on a simple dress shirt ,black pants, a black tie, and a white jacket that my " twin" got me. I did my hair and made sure that I looked good. I looked at the time and it was 1 aclock plenty of time to get to are meeting spot. I grabbed my wallet and whent out of the apartment.

When I got there I didn't see Actagawa so I looked around a little more till I saw his black hair. " Actagawa over here!" I called. He came over to me with his hands behind his back. "Hello atsushi" he said. I smiled and looked around. " So shall we eat?" I said grabing his arm. He nodded and we took a seat. He ordered some sushi and I got a bowl of Chazuke. We talked and eat till we finished are food we got are check and actagawa said he would pay to my surprise. We walked around for a little while till the sun was about to set. " Hay jinko can we go to one place." He asked as he grabbed my hand. I smiled and nodded as we walked towards a high rise. We got to the top of the high rise and the view beautiful. The sun setting on the Port the way the water reflected the sun light it was all so beautiful and to top it all off the way the reflected off of actagawa's jet black hair. I smiled and thought this was the best Valentine ever. " Hay actagawa do you think we can do this again some time?" I asked still looking at the beautiful view in front of me. Actagawa smiled and spoke. " Of course that's if you'll be my boyfriend." Me face turned red. I only really knew him for a day and he was asking me to be his boyfriend. I took a berth and answered . "Of course!" I smiled but t what happened next I didn't expect. Out of no where I was turned around to see Actagawa but then I felt something on my lips than it hit me actagawa just kissed me. I kissed back a little rough but he didn't seem to mind we stand there for what felt like forever till we had to break it. I was out of breath and a little scared of falling off the balcony. " That was my first kiss." I said putting my fingers to my lips, he smiled and laughed a little. " Mine to and I'm glad it was you." He said Wich made me blush.

But overall this was the best Valentine's day ever.
