I'm anxious. Sitting in the bathroom. Waiting for the timer to go off. Staring at the plastic sticks. Thinking to myself, "what if I am pregnant" or "am I ready to be a mom?" 

*Beep beep beep* the timer goes off. I flip the two tests over. POSITIVE. Fuck. HOW?! I thought we were being safe? Oh no.  CRAP! What am I gonna do? Hot tears leave my eyes thinking about telling him. I have to tell him. How tho? We're too young. We're both 17. What will he think? What will my parents think? I know Alejandro and I wanted children...in the future... But, NOW?! We're not ready. My thoughts are interrupted by the front door opening then closing.

A: Baby I'm home!

Y: Crap *whispers*

*puts the test in the hoodie of your pocket*

A: Baby where are you? *walks up the stairs*

Y: In the bathroom8! Give me a minute. I'll be out shortly! *wipes tears away*

*walks out the bathroom*

A: Hey bab- have you been crying?

Y: W-What? No. I-I'm fine. *fake smiles*

A: I know that smile. It's fake. Baby whats wrong?

He's so cute when he's concerned. Stop it y/n. Focus. Tell him what's going on.

Y: Baby, I-I'm TERRIFIED and I j-just don't know w-what to do a-and something happened. j-just please d-don't leave me*starts crying*

A: Hey, hey.... shhh baby I'm right here. Just tell me what's going on and we can fix this... together.

Y: Alejandro. I-I'm pregnant *sobs loudly*

He just sits there in shock. Complete shock. Doesn't say a word. So I just put my head down.

A: *Lifts your chin* Baby I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere. We'll get through this... together. Tell me what you wanna do, and we'll do it together.

Y: *sniffles* I-i think I wanna k-keep it.

A: Alright. Let's make an appointment and we'll tell our parents when we're ready.

Y: Okay. Ale?

A: Yes baby?

Y: Thank you for not leaving me. I love you!

A: Ofc baby. I love you too!
