Chapter 1

Harry , Ron , Hermione and Ginny were sitting in a compartment of the Hogwarts Express. As usual, Harry and Ron were talking about Quidditch, Hermione was reading a book and Ginny was looking out of the window.

Half an hour later , Ginny said,"it's good to be back."

Hermione said,"yeah, after all those years, we deserve a  year without fighting the evil...."

"It's good to know that my scar will not hurt again"said Harry.

"Yeah, no voldemort to fight again...." Said Ron putting an arm around Hermione's shoulder.

Hermione's P. O. V.

Me and Ron are together since the kiss we shared in the chamber of secrets. But now Ron is becoming more and more distant from me. I discussed this with Harry but he said maybe he wanted a break after Fred's death. I agreed with him. Harry and Ginny were together for some time but they had a mutual break up and said that they are better off as friends. 

After sometime Luna joined us. Harry cracked a joke. Although it wasn't funny, they all started laughing.

We were talking and laughing until the compartment door slid open and none other than Draco Malfoy, Blaise Zabini, Pansy Parkinson and Theodore Nott walked in.

"What are these snakes doing here???"asked a furious Ron.

"We came here to say sorry"said Malfoy .

"Draco Malfoy saying sorry!! Oh no ! The world is ending!!!"said Ginny sarcastically .

"Look we are really sorry for what we did to you. We are sorry for bullying you. We were mean and rude to you all these years but we were forced to do this. Granger if we didn't call you that 'm' word than we would  have been killed...sorry Weasley and Weaslette for calling you blood traitors....sorry Lovegood  for calling you loony....sorry Potter  but we were ashamed of our parents being death eaters. We didn't wanted for anyone to die. All we could do to save you all was to be mean to you....sorry...."said Pansy.

"Is it true?" Asked Ginny.

"Every word"said Blaise.

"So will you forgive us?"asked Pansy.

Everyone looked at Harry . He nodded.

"So.. friends..??"asked Draco hasitating but forwarding his hand.

"Friends."said Harry shaking his hand with Draco.

"So, are we on first name basis?" Asked Pansy.

"Sure" answered Hermione.

Luna and Ginny smiled at them. Ron was still pissed off but he remained calm.

I leaned on the window and sighed. 'This is going to be a long year..' I thought.
