Jessie sat there with her face covered while Nat picked up the test
"What does it say?" Carol asked
"Damn... congratulations Miss Barnes, you are... a mama of two" Nat said
"Are you serious!?" Jessie and Rhodey asked in unison
"Sadly so" Nat said and Jessie snatched the test from her hands. She looked at it and sighed.
"Why earth, why do this to me?" Jessie said as she fell back into her bed.
"Congratulations Jessica and Rhodes..." Carol said and Okoye nodded
"I will send some Wakandan traditional baby things when it is born" Okoye said
"Oh no! I have to give birth... again!" Jessie grumbled
"It will be fine" Nat said
"You can't have kids, that is what I wanted after George... oh shit I got to tell him" Jessie groaned
"I'll pick him up and come over" Rhodey said and Jessie nodded
"Well, this was one interesting call" Carol laughed
"Very unusual" Nebula said
"Well, I don't know what I actually needed this for... it was something but thats gone" Nat said
"So is my freaking womb" Jessie said and Nat laughed
"Any updated on anything?" Nat asked, changing the subject
"Nothing up here" Carol said
"We found a few ships we stole" Rocket said and Nat shook her head slightly.
"Wakanda is coping with the loss of our King" Okoye said and Nat nodded at that one
"I can tell you in person, but you know we are fine here" Rhodey said and Natasha nodded.
"Right well... you heard our update" Nat giggled
"Shut it Natasha" Jessie's muffled voice said from under the pillow
"Welp, check in monthly still" Nat said and the call ended
"I can't believe it! I am gonna be pregnant-"
"- no you are pregnant now Jessie.... at least George might get his baby sister" Nat giggled
"Oh god... I gotta tell Tony!" Jessie said
"How about you and Rhodey tell him at once?" Nat suggested
"I could do, well its morgans 3 month party tomorrow... so I guess then" Jessie said and sighed before falling asleep.
• The Next Day •
Jessie looked at Rhodey nervously, knowing George, Tony and Pepper is about to find out
"You ready?" Rhodey asked
"No... not even close, but I'm going to anyway... at least I remember who's the father this time" Jessie stated
"I thought you knew about George's father" Rhodey confusingly answered
"No, amnesia took that away... I just remember finding out after a scan" Jessie explained as took Rhodeys arm and the two walked in together
"Uncle Tony! Auntie Pep!" George squealed as he hugged them both.
"Barnes, Rhodey" Tony greeted
"Hey Tony. Awe she is adorable!" Jessie said as she saw the cute red dress Morgan was wearing
"She is taking after that one already" Pepper laughed
