Sans was grinning the whole time when he was walking off to the distance pretending that he actually lived close by Frisk's neighbourhood.

He knew that it'd be much better to tell Frisk that he could easily teleport from one place to another but he didn't want to make her wonder why he bothered walking her home. That would just show Sans' true intentions, well if it wasn't obvious enough that he had his soul practically illuminating his entire ribcage when she as simply smiles at him.

Now by the doorway he announces his arrival, he hears the familiar trousle of bones, the towering height of the skeleton greets him once again.

"WELCOME BACK HOME, BROTHER!" Papyrus beams, wearing his worn-out apron. Just like everytime Sans gets home, dinner is readily cooked. The delicious scent lingering in the air.

"Sup, Paps." He casually responds.

"BROTHER WHY DID YOU COME HOME THIS LATE AGAIN? YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATER THAN YOUR ARRIVAL YESTERDAY." The other skeleton taps his boots on the wooden floor impatiently.

Papyrus always wears his shoes, he calls it his, "Cool guy's boots." Even if he's inside their house and he had his own indoor slippers, he insist on wearing the red tacky boots. There was this one time where he wore it to school even if it is an absolute requirement to wear the typical black school shoes, he got scolded by his teachers and laughed by his classmates. But with his utter determination he did not take off his shoes, he begged all of the teachers even the principal so he could be allowed to wear it in school.

That's all because it was the very first gift Sans' gave to his brother's birthday with his own money after woking different part-time jobs.

People were of course touched by his sincerity, with his contagious positive attitude he could easily make anyone agree. While there are still students that dislikes the skeleton, they are sure to feel the older brother's wrath if they are ever seen making fun of Papyrus' fashion choice.

"Don't cha worry 'bout it, Paps. It ain't a big of a deal." He tries to reassure his brother, shrugging a shoulder. His talking becomes more loose when with someone he's comfortable with or if he's lying and is extremely nervous.

Well he wasn't really lying there.

Papyrus sighs loudly, "I AM JUST WORRIED, IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN AND YOU GIVE ME NO VIABLE REASON, I WILL BE FORCED TO CALL UNDYNE!" He grumbles, resulting for his whole body to vibrate with the heightened volume.

"Okeyyy, sure." Sans did not really mind the fish lady's presence. It was just that when she is there and Sans did something that she disagrees in, not only will he get scolded with a similar deafening voice as his brother's, he could also get roughed up a bit. He still greatly respected Undyne even when she's rowdy, difficult to calm down, she also has her serious moments and she is certainly someone you could talk to.

Take her advices with a grain of salt, and doubt most of it. Stealing drinks from a convince store just to show you could is probably not the best course of action.

"ALRIGHT! LET US HAVE OUR DINNER." Papyrus announced cutting off Sans thoughts, while the taller skeleton went to the kitchen, the shorter one changed to his comfy clothes at his room.

Both are now settled on their small table, after saying their thanks for the food, they began to eat the usual ramen.

Then Sans felt an vibration coming from the pocket of his shorts, he touched it with his phalange, probably another junk message sent on his phone, as he was just about to ignore it he remembered that there's someone other than some scammer that got a hold of his contacts.
