Chuck vs. The Wookie Part 1

It was game and pizza night at Chuck's house. You, Chuck, Sarah, Morgan were a team against Ellie and Devon. Little unfair but Devon was so confident him and Ellie would take you all down no matter what. The game was to see how well you knew each other.

"Okay, all right. Keep it going, Chuck. Come on. ??? Come back time." Devon said getting ready.

"How do I like my eggs?" Ellie asked him

"What's up? Poached."

"Yeah, baby!" Ellie cheered showing her sign that she indeed write poached, and leaned in to give Devon a kiss.

"I don't know why I play this game with you guys." Chuck said shaking his head.

"Because they are good competition." you said sitting beside him. "Now come on Chuck let's go!"

Chuck grabbed the dice and gave it a roll.

"Oh! Six. Okay. Easy. Easy. My all-time favorite pet?" Chuck said turning to you and smiling.

"Oh! Oh my God I know this! Umm... cocker spaniel!"

"Yeah!"

"Peaches!!" you said excitedly when it finally hit you.

"Yes!!" Chuck cheered high fiving you. "Who got Peaches?"

"Wrong. Incorrect. It was a Springer Spaniel named Peaches Two, not to be confused with Original Peaches who got hit by a car." Morgan said stepping in.

"Yeah I'm just going to give it to Y/NN still okay?" Chuck said looking at him.

"Yeah, fine, fine. I'll just say anything next time and I'll just take a point."

Chuck then looked over at his sister.

"You told me that the original Peaches ran away."

" She did. She did." Sarah said making a face like she wasn't lying.

Chuck looked back at you and you shrugged.

"Most humiliating childhood nickname?" Morgan asked getting up.

" I promised Morgan I would never say it out loud. " Chuck said looking at him. "Okay. Um... Organ. "

"Oh, boom! You see what I'm talking about? What's it say? What's it say? Organ! Organ!" Morgan said getting a little too excited.

"Keep it moving. Here we go. Okay, big money, big money." Devon said.

" No money... Next. Next. Next. " Ellie started.

"Most dangerous situation ever?" Sarah said looking at you.

"She's not going to get it." Ellie said looking at you now.

Chuck looked at you nervous wondering if you were going to mention from a mission. He knew you wouldn't but he was still worried.

"Sunburn. Family vacation and you and your sister put on baby oil instead of sunscreen."

"Yes girl!!" Sarah cheered giving you a hug.

Chuck was impressed. You guys have been doing amazing with the cover story of being longtime bestfriends. It was like you both knew every little thing about each other now.

It was now Chuck's turn

"Okay. Most hated person ever?"

" Ah, it's so easy. A total gimme. " Devon said.

You and Chuck looked at each other with a sad expression.

"Harry Tang?" Sarah guessed.

"Oh. Harry Tang? Come on. Guys."

"I don't know. I'm sorry. " Sarah said.

"It's okay. It's, it's a stupid game. " Chuck said trying to shake it off. You put a hand on his arm and rubbed it. He was happy you at least knew. You also did not want to bring it up in front of Sarah knowing he was her partner and she was still a little upset about it.

"No, no, hold on a second. it's, it's Bryce Larkin. I mean how could you not know Bryce Larkin? Dude pretended to be his buddy, sexed up his girl, and got him kicked out of Stanford." Morgan said stepping in.

You and Chuck just stared at him wanting him to shut up and Sarah was staring at you both.

"If-if Chuck is Solo, Larkin is his Fett. Do you understand what I'm saying?"

" Okay. No point. No point. Understood."

After game night was done Chuck decided to walk both you and Sarah to your cars. Ellie gave Sarah a hug and you a kiss on the cheek before you both left. After Ellie closed the door, you and Chuck linked arms as Sarah walked beside you.

"Well, we did great tonight." Sarah said looking over at you.

"Yeah it was crazy you guys seemed to know everything about each other now. Did you guys write you life story for each other?"

"Well... I don't know every detail about Sarah yet. But I'm getting there." You said giving her a teasing wink. "Nothing like Morgan with you though Chuck. Like I don't think I should be calling you my best friend now after all that! He knows every detail" You said laughing now.

"Yeah, when he started to list off my favorite thirty-one-derful flavors of ice cream in descending order, that was a little much. "

"Yeah, he's like the Intersect on you. " Sarah said joking.

"Yeah." Chuck agreed.

"Sarah... there is one thing we would like to know...If I can ask?" you said looking at her.

Sarah nodded and stood in front of you and Chuck.

"Really? Okay..." You then looked at Chuck then back at Sarah wondering how to ask this question.

"Well, I mean, you know, I know that you and Bryce worked together, but how close were the two of you exactly? " Chuck looked at you then back at Sarah, curious about this.

"Uh, well, Bryce was my partner, but we were never really friends, if that's what you're asking."

"Right. Right. So your relationship, you'd say, was more like, "You, hey, get that bad guy, " or "Nice judo-chop" or "How about them Redskins? " Or something like that." Chuck said.

"Yeah, well, you know, when you're undercover, you're still you, but the details are different." Sarah said nodding her head. "Anyways, I had so much fun tonight. Thanks for inviting me. Have a goodnight guys!" She said waving at you both then walked to her car.

You and Chuck waved back then turned to each other smiling.

"You know, I hope Morgan's creepiness with knowing every little tiny detail about me hasn't actually made you think what you said earlier. You're still the only person who knows me better than anyone." Chuck said grabbing your hand. "Besides Ellie obviously."

"Obviously." You said laughing.

"Too bad we couldn't do any couples questions though." Chuck said.

"Yeah that is too bad." You said smirking at him.

"What are we going do about that?" Chuck said not knowing where this flirting was coming from.

"Don't know." You said winking at him. "Well, I should get going too. Have a goodnight Chuck." You said giving his hand a squeeze before starting to walk off.

"Y/NN? Forgetting something?" He said with a playful smile.

"Don't think so!"

"Seriously Y/N?"

"Oh you know I tease." You said walking back towards him and giving him a huge hug. It was a thing with you two. You always had to give each other a huge hug before leaving. And you both just loved the feeling of your arms around each other. Chuck kissed the top of your head before letting you go.

As Chuck watched you leave, he sighed hoping that one day soon he can start hugging and kissing you goodnight.
