When will i see you agian?

Ahhhhhh my first song fic! I'm super excited to write this. I heard this song and thought "yes this is it" so here we go!

AU:
Dream has gone missing. Just poof. But then George starts having dreams where he can see him. Maybe getting clues of where he is?

Before the song takes place:
George's POV:
"G-George." Sapnap said, choking through his words.

"Sapnap what's wrong?" I say sitting up. I've never heard sapnap this upset before, let alone cry.

"I- just turn on the news. Channel 4"

I turn on my tv and flip to channel 4

"BREAKING NEWS! Famous YouTuber known as "dream" has gone missing. No trace to where he has gone. Family says he was last seen on Monday. He was wearing a light green hoodie with black jeans. Dirty blonde, and green eyes. If you have seen Clay please contact the police! Now back to the weather."

I couldn't move. I just sat there frozen. Dream? Missing? Someone took him? What? Why would someone do that? I could feel tears running down my face.

A week later. Where the story takes place.

Same POV:

Today was a long day. I haven't been up to do anything lately. I just wanna know Dream is okay. When will I see you? Are you okay? Are you dead? No! George you can't think like that! Dream is gonna be found. He's okay. I tell myself. Maybe if I say it enough he'll be okay. I feel my eyes getting heavy and I fall asleep.

Shooting stars never fly for me.

I wake up in a plains area. It's all grass but a hill with a large tree on top of it.

"George?"

My hearts on Mars kinda hard to see.

My heart stops hearing that voice. I flip around to see Dream. Bruises all over his arms and face.

"You know, you know I'll see you again?"

Dream says smiling.

"DREAM?" I say running towards him. I try to hug him but I fade through him.

"What..?" I say putting my hand towards him. I still just fade through him.

"You know, you know I'll see you again?"

I repeat.

"Dream is that actually you?" I ask, hugging myself.

He just nods.

"Shooting stars never fly for me."

"My hearts on Mars kinda hard to see."

"You know Ill see you again."

I can start to hear a slight sound of what sounded like a alarm? Wait no. Not now.

"DREAM DON'T LEAVE ME PLEASE."

"You know you know I'll see you again."

Dream says with a smile. Giving me a small wave as the alarm got louder and the world around me faded.
I reach out for him but I ended up falling forward.

I shoot up from my dream. Sweating. Was that really dream? Why wasn't he saying that much. He was hurt? He had bruises. He looked scared. What if he's not okay? Well of course he's not okay he got kidnapped. That damn alarm!

Feel it in the sunlight.

I'm so confused. What was he saying. Maybe there's clues? I took out a piece of paper and a pencil.

Okay.

"You know, you know, I'll see you again."
"Shooting stars never fly for me."
"My hearts on Mars kinda hard to see."
"You know you know I'll see you again." X2

What does that mean? Those... those make no sense! He's never said anything like that! Ugh!

Even in the night time.

It'a hard to adjust now, cause your not around.

I throw the paper and pen to the side and bring my knees to my chest. Crying. I never thought that my best friend would just, be gone. Just like that. Poof.

Hard to adjust now, cause you ain't around now.

I decide it would just be better just to go to sleep. I didn't have any energy to do anything and I spent all day thinking about his damn words.

I wake up in the same place. And I see Dream again.

"DREAM! GOD DAMN IT.

WHEN WILL I SEE YOU AGIAN?"

Dream stood there. Looking a little bit frightened.

"I just wanna hold your hand.."

I say, bring down my volume.

"When will I see you again?"

I question again. Dream just shakes his head. My heart drops.

"I just wanna hold your hand.."

I can slowly hear my alarm again. No no no no. Dream hasn't even said anything yet! I'm amusing Dream can hear it also cause he looks up at the sky. Then he hands me a piece of paper. Folded up.

"I'll see your again." Dream says.

Then I wake up again. But there's something strange. I still have the piece of paper (don't ask how he just does okay?)

I open it up. It has the same thing he said last time but he wrote it strange.

"YOu know you know ill see you again.

My heArts on mars kINda hard to see.
you know you know i'll see you again."

Why did he write it like that?

I sit and look at the paper I don't even know what to think.
