Mia's POV
Today is the first day of my senior year and im dreading going back to that hellhole. The teachers like me and the boys do to but i don't like to talk. I never have and most likely i never will.
Sometimes I wish I was someone else who had the confidence to say whatever they wanted to but that's not me. Oh damn where are my manners. im Mia. Im about 5'6 brown skin and I've heard a few of the boys at my school say that I'm "thick" but i don't know if that's good or bad. I'm mixed with Puerto Rican and Black. The only person that really cares for me is my bestfriend Leah. We been riding for each other since kindergarten and I think she is the only person that's going to be there for me in the end.
