"My name is Yuuga Aoyama." The man greeted them, sticking out a hand for them to shake.

"Nice to meet you," Jirou said as she shook his hand.

"Pleasure to meet you!" Yaoyorozu said with a nod, politely shaking his hand.

Kirishima grinned as he shook his hand. "Are you French?" He asked inquisitively.

"Oui, I am!" Aoyama answered with a flair of his hand.

"Woah, so manly!" The redhead exclaimed.

"Merci."

"Aoyama is a good friend of mine," Ashido added, smiling brightly. "And, he's a special effects artist!"

As if on cue, Aoyama reached into his pocket and whipped out a business card. "If your band ever needs my assistance," He said with a dramatic wink, his purple eyes twinkling as he handed the card to them.

Kirishima took the card and tucked it into his pocket, thanking him right before a loud voice boomed, "HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU ALL TO GET YOUR SLOW ASSES OVER HERE?!"

Many people around them gave the angry blonde weird, perplexed glances.

"Alright, let's head to the stage guys," Kirishima said with a grin.

Yaoyorozu and Jirou both nodded, following the redhead as he walked towards the direction of the stage. Once they got there, the band of five got into their positions and prepared to begin. Jirou took a deep breath, a bit more nervous with each glance of a party guest. A lot had taken a seat on one of the glowing chairs, awaiting the music to start.

Bakugou tapped his drumstick down four times as a starting beat, a signal for them to begin. The band began to play the first song Ashido had requested. One by one, the songs they'd spent the entire week practicing were played in the public eye. And, people loved it.

"Good job everyone!" Kirishima congratulated the others when they'd finished playing.

"Thanks man," Kaminari responded, grinning.

Bakugou just scowled, hopping off the edge of the stage and stomping off to another part of the darkened room.

"Thank you Kirishima," Yaoyorozu said kindly with a smile. She stood up from her seat and departed the stage.

Jirou nodded at the redhead. "You too," She answered, feeling a sudden nudge against her arm.

It was Kaminari. "Hey Earphones, I'm hungry. Wanna go get some food?" He asked her.

She shrugged in reply. "Sure, why not."

So, the two of them hopped off the stage, making their way towards a few tables filled with different foods and drinks. Most of the food were small or bite-sized pieces, making it easy for people to grab.

Kaminari's eyes lit up at the sight of cheesy, delicious pizza cut into squares. He immediately grabbed a paper plate, taking a bunch of slices and setting them onto the plate.

Jirou sighed, watching as the blonde wordlessly began to stuff his face with the pizza. "Why am I not surprised?" She grumbled to herself.

He gave her a goofy grin as he quickly finished the last piece of pizza on his plate. Kaminari then took another piece straight from the serving platter, quickly devouring it.

"Save some for the other party guests, dimwit," Jirou demanded, shaking her head in amusement.

"Fine," Kaminari answered with a pout, moving on to his next target- a stand filled with chocolate cupcakes.

Jirou couldn't help but giggle at his actions. Why is this idiot so adorable? She wondered to herself.

"Bonjour," Said a voice from behind them.

The two turned around, their eyes landing on Aoyama.

His twinkling eyes bore into theirs, intently gazing at them both. "Are you two a couple?" He asked them straightforwardly.

"No!" They both said quickly, looking away as their faces heated up.

"Pardon," Aoyama replied, winking. "It's just that you two would make such a perfect couple," He continued earnestly, his words seeming to echo in their heads.

Kaminari and Jirou were both thankful that the darkness of the room concealed the evident blushes on both their faces. The next few seconds ticked by painfully slowly. No one spoke; at least not until Jirou broke the silence between the three of them.

"I need to use the restroom," She said quietly, excusing herself and running off.

Jirou didn't even know where the restroom was located- she just needed a reason to leave the conversation. If she had stayed any longer, she could've sworn that they would have heard how loudly her heart hammered against her rib cage by every passing second. And to top that off, her face was burning hot.

She stopped, leaning her back against a wall and taking a deep breath. Her heart rate was still going at a million miles per hour, with Aoyama's words now etched inside her head.

"It's just that you two would make such a perfect couple."

Jirou now wondered, would we?

Kaminari knew how to put a smile on her face and how to make her laugh. He sometimes gave her a light, fluttery feeling in her chest. And his smile- it could melt her heart, making her feel so warm and content. He made her happy.

But Jirou simply told herself it was just a good friendship and that it would stay that way.

She took a few more deep breaths, allowing her heart rate to gradually slow down until they were back to normal. And thankfully, her face no longer felt like it was on fire. She calmly started to walk back in the direction she'd came. As Jirou neared the table they were at, she overheard Aoyama and Kaminari's voices speaking. Quietly, she paused in curiosity, eavesdropping on their conversation.

"What do you like about her?" Aoyama asked.

"Well, she's amazing at singing. She sounds like an angel," Kaminari replied, "And she's..."

Jirou stopped listening at the word angel. Her heart was beating rapidly again, so loudly to the point she doubted she would be able to hear, even if she tried to continue listening. She felt...overwhelmed. Does he really think of my singing that way? She wondered to herself.

Aoyama's sentence invaded her mind once again, but Jirou quickly pushed any thought of it out of her head. It's against the band rules. And even if it wasn't, I would never want to date that idiot.

Would I?
