Changkyun's head was filled with unwanted thoughts. he itched the back of his head and walked down the sidewalk. it felt like a long walk from where he just was. The weight on his shoulders was now ten times heavier than when he woke up.

He didn't know if he should worry about it or continue on his so called music career. He walked into the nearest café and immediately went into the bathrooms to change out of his night clothes and into the ones he had just bought. he slipped the jeans over his legs and buttoned them up, along with his flannel.

Changkyun added his bucket hat to his outfit and put a mask on so he didn't have any more encounters. he walked out of the bathroom and went to the front counter. he looked down at the counter full of sweet pastries.

"Could I get a black coffee and a slice of the blueberry pie?" he asked, pulling his wallet out from his back pocket. At the sight of all the delicious looking food, his stomach growled at him, as if he wanted to devour all the food in the glass case.

The waiter in front of him tapped his fingers against the cash register. "Alright, anything else?" he spoke, his voice was soft and gentle. as if he just woke up from a nap. He was expected to be all cheery as a cashier but maybe he had a bad day or it was just his personality.

Changkyun shook his head, "No, that'll be all, thank you." he passed over his money when he said the total, catching a glimpse of someone going through the doors to the backroom. The back of his head looked very familiar to him. he received his change and kept his eyes on the door in case he walked out of the doors again.

Sadly, he didn't, and a line was being made behind him. He said a small thank you and walked back out to the windows where the tables were set up against. he took a deep breath in and looked out at the window, as it started to rain.

"This is just great." he muttered under his breath, taking his hat off and his mask off. he tapped the pads of his fingers on the wood table. his attention was pulled back onto the fact of reality while his pie was set in front of him and the steamy black coffee next to the plate. He looked up and smiled, "Thank you,"

His smile faded when he saw who it was. "Wonho?" he asked, shaking his head unless he was day dreaming some how. which he wasn't. he broke out into a smile, "thank god you're here, I have gone through so much over the past day." he explained.

Wonho knitted his eyebrows together and smiled lightly, "hey you're that rapper, right?" he asked with a glow in his eyes before he noticed his tone of voice, clearing his throat and responding,  "Do you need someone to talk to?" he asked politely, keeping his checks in his apron before he took the seat in front of him. "My break is almost near so I have time," he folded his fingers together and placed them on the small wooden table in front of them.

Changkyun took a sip from his coffee and bit down on his lip, "Do you know anyone who goes by the name Minhyuk?" he asked, hoping he would get an answer because at this point; he was desperate.

The male in front of him smiled wider, "I do! he's my boyfriend actually." he smiled at the mention of his name, resting his cheek against his palm. "Why? Do you need to see him?" he asked, acting like a little kid in the candy store, "he would love to see you," he added on.

The brunettes eyes widened and he felt a pull in his heart, which he looked down and stirred his coffee around with his spoon. the stirring sound had him somewhat relaxed against his beating heart. he nodded slowly, "That was all, thank you," he mumbled, feeling as if he was just crushed.

Stop talking.

The voice in his head had returned, he noticed it right away from the way it was talking to him, like he was being talked down to. He nodded at Wonho as in a way to let him go back to work. he put the money down and a five dollar tip.
