Forbidden Love

Chapter 2- The Café

After about ten minutes of driving, I finally made it to Evermore Café. Elyse said she would meet me here because I NEEDED to talk to her. Elyse is my girl best friend. We've been together since we were 11. We're 23 and 22 now so we've best friends for a long time.

I walked into the place and looked around. Sitting at a table in the very back was Elyse. I was kind of suprised beacause usually I was always here first.

I ducked my head and walked to the table. I was millionaire so everyone knew who I was and I didn't want to draw attention to myself.

I sat down at the table and look at Elyse. She looked at my clothes like they were from the dumpster our back.

"What?," I asked knowing fully well what she was going to say. She hated my outfit but I didn't care.

"Why are you wearing that?"

"Beacause I can wear what I want," I said like it was obvious as she rolled her eyes. I wanted to stop this stupid conversation about my clothing choice. I had to tell her about Kameron.

"Uhm.. Elyse.. I need to talk to you about something serious."

"You want to talk about your feelings about Kameron," she said to my suprised face," Aurora you are my best friend. I know when you like someone, or in this case, love someone."

I just stared at her. I mean I know she's my best friend but was it that obvious that I was in love with Kameron? He's so sweet and understanding and has been with me through almost everything.

When I thought it over I realized that it had been that obvious. Now I had to worry if he knew how I felt.

"Elyse? Do you think he noticed like you did? I mean he is my best friend too. "

" No way, " she said laughing," he's to into that puppy love thing he has going on with Alex."

"Yeah.. I guess you're right, "I said sighing. I looked at my phone for time. It was almost noon. I had to get to work. My club awaits. I looked one more time and saw I got a text from Landry.

'hey me and Emily broke up'

I smirked as I got up. Thinks *I knew that wouldn't last much longer.. And I can finally get that bitch out of my house*.

"I have to go, Elyse. The girls are waiting." I hugged her and thanked her for meeting me. After that, I was out of there like a lightning bolt. I have to make sure those employees of mine don't wreck the place.
