Paramedics rush into the school. They take Izuku from Katsukis arms, also bringing him into the ambulance. (A/N: Awww, Katsuki, you DO care!!! Anyway...) they take the kids to Tokyo Children's Hospital, where Izuku was pushed into a room.
After an hour, a doctor comes out to talk to an anxious Inko, Mitsuki & Katsuki. "I'm sorry. Your son has lung cancer. He will have to be kept under supervision until age 10, when we can perform the surgery on him." Inko bursts into tears. As Mitsuki attempts to console her, Katsuki asks "Can I see him?" "Sure, but please be quiet." Dr. Tadanobu said, leading the 7 year old into Izukus room. The small greenette looked so small & fragile to Katsuki. He silently swore that from then on he would protect his quirkless friend.
