Izuku walked out of the hospital, still slightly in shock. His lung cancer, after 10 years of inactivity, had come back. As soon as he got home, he called Katsuki. "Hey Kacchan." He said. "What do you want, Deku?" Katsuki asked, though not unkindly. "My cancer is back & Dr. Tadanobu said they can't do another surgery." Izuku said. "Hey, maybe he's wrong & you can beat this!" Katsuki said hopefully. "Has Dr Tadanobu ever been wrong?" Izuku asked.
Katsuki was silent for a few moments. "No." He sullenly admitted. "Look, on Saturday, call a 1-A meet-up. We can tell them everything." Katsuki said. "Yeah." Izuku said. "Look, come over at 10am. I'll have everyone else come at 10:30am. That work?" "Yeah." Kasuki said. They hung up & Izuku went to bed feeling a little bit better.
