Chapter 2:what just happened?

Tory's pov

i look in the waiting room to see a bunch of families. so instead of being here i run up to my room grab my wallet, penny board, and phone and i just ride down to the store. i plugged my head phones in and turned on life of the party by Shawn mendes. i decided to change before i left so i put my hair in a messy pony tail, with my black poke a dot bandana, my stay strong bracelets, mint green toms, my infinity love top and highwaisted ripped shorts. i put on light makeup which for me was eyeliner and mascara. i was leaving and miss brown thank goodness didnt even see me! i started to ride mt penny board when i ran into someone.

"ahh-" i screamed as i fell to the ground,that seriously hurt. hes just lucky hes a guy and not a girl i would have bitched him out.

"i'm so sorry we were just on our way to the adoption center, and we bumped into you." he said

"oh okay and i was just leaving there" i replied

"oh how come? aren't you suppose to be in there thou? like meeting the families?" he then asked me

"here's the thing i sit in there all the time waiting to be interviewed and no one wants me, they take one look at me and turn their backs. oh and don't get me started on how miss.brown is-" i was cut off by him

"can i asked you a few questions?" he asked me

"yeah go for it" i answered

"what's your favorite colour?"

"blue"

"favorite food?"

"gummy worms because i don't normally get to eat"

"favorite things to do?"

"penny board, draw, listen to music, and drink Arizona's, and try new things i guess"

"how excited would you be if i adopted you?"

i was in complete shock, he wanted to adopt me!

"to the moon and back times infinity!" i replied

"what's your name?" he asked me

"Tory, i don't have a last name, and what's yours?" i asked him

"Cameron Dallas, what song were you listening to?" he asked while smiling at me

"um, Life of the Party by: Shawn mendes." he said the last part at the same time as me

"wait you know him?" i asked

"yeah how do you know him?" he replied

"while one of the kids in the orphanage played me this song so i asked them what it was called and they told me" i said while laughing

"oh while hes actually one of my friends. now lets go sign the papers for the adoption." he smiled at me and said at the same time

"that's cool and okay i can't wait to get out of this hell hole" i replied

we walked in and miss. brown look pissed more then ever. until Cameron stepped up and said that he wanted to adopt me.

"you want to adopt her? no one ever wants her" miss brown said being clear on the no one part

"yes i'm sure!" he replied seriously

he signed the papers and i went up to my room to pack my bags i didn't have allot of stuff so it was small. i made sure to hid my razors, in the front pocket. since i had some thong's i hid those too. i can't wait to get out of this place. i walked back down stairs and Cameron was ready so we walked out the door and as we did i mouthed to miss. brown bye! she got pissed but who cared.

"here let me put it in the back" Cameron said

"thanks, um so are you my dad or no?" i cautiously asked

" well yes i am and your last name is now Dallas. and i found out about your past and we can talk about it later if you want?" he asked

"sure and okay..." i paused as i said it

"so there's something you should know before we go. and that is there is allot of guys at this house so if you get scared or shy just grab my hand" Cameron or dad said

"ok,but can i call you dad? or no" i asked him with my head down.

we arrived at the house and i go already hear screaming from inside, I'm really terrified now

"yes you ca-" i cut him off

"i'm sorry dad i'm really scared, the loud screams it just all brings back memories, and-"dad cut me off

he walked over to my side of the car and opened my door

"it's okay no one here will hurt you they will love you just as much as i do" dad said while holding my hand

we walked threw the door and....
