Dear Family,

I decided that I would buy this journal, I thought it would be cool to write about all my problems? I know mama is tight on money, and if she finds out I bought this she'll get a little mad, but it's cheaper than a therapist.

I know I don't need one though, and I do regret buying this, but it will help when I'm annoyed at Henry! I needed this journal! If you read this, I imagine maybe my life slipped, or someone found it. I hope it's interesting, even though my life could never be interesting.

I really have nothing to write about, so I guess the idea of this journal was overall stupid. Hannah Bay has finally stopped talking about me.

She always has spread lies about me, I don't know why. I'm not interesting, I don't even know why she was obsessed with me for so long. Thankfully her new boyfriend Dallas is in the picture. I hope she treats him better than she did me.

Sincerely,
That boy, C.G

It was a normal day after school, expect today was weird. People stopped bullying me a little more, I guess since the rumors have died down.

I walked into my local supermarket, I was buying some groceries for mama. I felt bad cause I knew we were struggling, but I couldn't get a job to help and provide yet, and I hated it.

While I was in the store, I couldn't help but come across a book. It was a really cool book, it was mainly red my favorite color. I picked it up and looked at the front, cause it was facing the back.

On the front in green writing, it said journal. It was kind of basic, but I saw online writing feelings out helps with your problems. I decided to put it in the cart, since writing sounded like the only thing I could do.

It's not like I had anyone to talk to, I was just a pathetic loser. No one knew my name, unless Hannah Bay spoke about it. No one would've knew my face, if I never met her.

I walked out of the store, and all the way home. I got home to see my younger siblings huddled around the tv.

"Cayden! Mom didn't pay the bill!"

My younger brother Henry complained. I put the groceries down, as I turned to look at him. He complained too much, he wasn't grateful for what we had.

"Okay? Maybe she'll pay it next week."

"But I want to watch tv!"

Oliver complained, as I decided to pick him up.

"Henry, Ellie go do your homework!"

I told them as they started to complain more, I brought out some colored pencils, as I started to color with Oliver. Ellie decided to join in, as the three of us colored together.

"You guys are so lame!"

Henry yelled as he stormed off, I rolled my eyes. I'm the oldest at 15, my younger brother, Henry Travis is 13. We share the same dad. The third child, my sister Ellie Rose is nine, we have different dad's. The youngest of us all, Oliver Jack was only six.

I watched as the time slowly rolled around, and it hit 5pm and mama still wasn't home. I knew Oliver had to go to bed soon, so I started to look in the kitchen.

"Where is mom!"

Henry yelled as I pulled out a box of Mac and cheese. I turned to look at him, as I could tell he was annoyed, which made him even more annoying.

"Probably picked up a shift."

"Well I'm hungry!"

I rolled my eyes as I looked in the freezer, I had bought some nuggets that I was going to cook.
