The First Day

"Mommy, Daddy!" Lilac exclaimed. "Are we ready yet?" she asked. "One second sweetheart." Mr. Spring said. Lilac bounced up and down her hair flying everywhere all around the house. "Darling be still." Mrs. Spring said as she caught a hold of the bouncing Lilac. "Sorry mum, im simply so excited, Malory towers sound so splendid" Squealed Lilac. "Yes I know." her mother sighed. And up and down Lilac went around the house all over again. Eventually they made it to the train station. "This is it," Mrs. Spring sighed. "Oh indeed it is" cried Lilac happily. All over there was noise everywhere. "Susy you pig you didn't reply to any of my letters and I spent hours on them." "Belle, you are an absolute beast!" "Hallo Hailey had good hols?" The noise was giving Mr. Spring a headache but it made Lilac so simply excited. After some sweet goodbyes Mr. and Mrs. spring headed back towards home. Lost, Lilac wandered around the station until a girl with tan skin and wild deep brown curls walked up to her. "Hallo there." she said smiling. "Im Jalissa are you new?" Lilac shyly nodded and Jalissa beckoned her towards the train. "Well come on then towards the first form compartment " said Jalissa. 

Lilac slowly stepped inside and saw two girls sitting next to each other chatting. Jalissa walked in confidently. "Hallo there Tammy" she said waving at a girl with pale skin and curly black hair. "Hallo Jalissa" said Tammy. Lilac could fell Tammy looking her up and down from her bright green eyes to her wavy auburn hair. "Hallo Mary had good hols?" asked Jalissa? The girl who was chatting with Tammy stopped and answered coolly. "I had a lovely holiday thank you." Then she turned with a swoosh of her pale blonde hair and continued talking with Tammy. "Ignore her" Jalissa smirked "she can be awfully pi at times." Mary gave Jalissa a sour look. A quiet looking girl with tan skin and black hair wandered into the compartment. Jalissa began her ritual of cheering up the new girl. "Hallo there I'm Jalissa are you new?" The girl said "why yes im so exited to be going to such a wizard school!" Jalissa smiles happily. "My names Ambrosia,'' continued the girl." "Nice to meet you." says Jalissa Happily. What a jolly girl thought Jalissa. Two more girls filed in. Jalissa stood up again. Hallo- she made out before Tammy interrupted her. "Hallo" Tammy said "Im Tammy its wonderful to meet you both." She said. Mary stood up and shook the girls hands. "Hallo there girls my name's Mary" she said in a sickly sweet voice. Jalissa sneered at them and tried to introduce herself but quickly Mary cut in. "This is Jalissa," she said in a sweet voice. Jalissa cut in fuming. "I can introduce myself thank you very much." "Oh you're very welcome" said Tammy cooly. The two new girls continued staring at the bickering girls. Lilac decided to step in. "Hallo there" she said, cutting into a retort Mary was throwing at Jalissa. "I'm also new, my name is Lilac." "Hallo." Said one of the girls immediately. "Im Tina and it's a pleasure to meet you." she said sweetly. Tina had a light tan and a lovely sheet gold hair. Cautiously the other girl spoke up. 

"Hallo, I'm Tilly it's lovely to meet you." Tilly had shy eyes and sandy blonde hair. Tammy cut in. "Its lovely to meet you also, Im Tammy, follow me." The two girls walked away with Tammy and Mary. Jalissa sighed then turned to Lilac. "Well " she said "you handled that quite well I can imagine you being a jolly fine head girl." Lilac grinned at this comment and Jalissa slipped her arm through Lilacs.
