Shane: I just can't take it anymore!!!!
Shane shouts as he stomps to the room to collect his belongings.
Joey: You can't just leave me Shane!!! We have a little girl to raise!!! She was suppose to bring us closer together!!!
Shane: Well it looks like it didn't turn out like that, did it Joey!!!
Shane shout throwing pants and t-shirts into his suitcase.
Joey: Shane, I can't just raise her alone!!!
Shane: Well the bring her back to the orphanage I don't give a shit!!! She is not my kid anymore!!!
Joey: I hate u Shane!!!
I shout clenching my fist so that my knuckles turn white.
Shane: I will send u the divorce papers. Bye Joey.
And with that the love of my life was gone. My soulmate. My best friend. My husband. My everything.
I slide my back against the wall until I sat on the floor and just cried. I sat there for a good 15 minutes until I heard little foot steps running closer to me.
April: Daddy! Daddy! Guess what happens at school today!!!
She shouted getting closer. There she is. My baby girl. The only light I have left in my life.
Joey: Tell me all about it sweetly.
I said as gathered he in a hug. But it just made me cry even more. Damn Shane.
April: Daddy? Are you ok?
She asked as she rubbed my cheek.
Joey: Sweetie, Dad is not coming back. He is going somewhere to be happy. Don't u want Dad to be happy?
April: Yes! But will I ever see him again?
Joey: I don't know sweetie, but always know that I love u and that will never change.
I said still crying. Man I hate when she is sad.
April: I love u too Daddy!
Joey: Hey. Why don't we go and get ice cream and try the forget about Daddy!!!
April: Yeah!!! I love ice cream!!!
Man, I love my baby girl.
