Quirk: electric siphon/electroinesis,telepathic, telekinetic 

How to use quirk:
electric siphon: when siphoning people/objects she can create an electric pluses through her body and can shot it out sometimes she can create a whip of lightning to capture enemies also she can only siphon someone that has a quirk or quirk like properties.
(Soon she'll be able to Astro project)

telepathic: can be used in dangerous situations or communication sometimes she can make someone's mind see there worst fear in there head to either get away or fight back, she can also transfer any emotion to a person from herself.
(she'll be able to get into someones mind)

telekinetic: is used to lift or hold a person or objects with either mind or hand.(she can move an entire building someday)

Limits to quirk:when siphoning too much moira's body will shut down if she doesn't get it out of her system fast enough.

telepathic: when reading to many minds at once she will get dizzy and pass out,if she gets certain emotions from someone she can feel what they feel and that can take over her.

telekinetic: she can hold people/objects for a certain amount of time before her nose bleeds and she lets go of what she lifts.(like Eleven from stranger things basically)

Her colors: grey, metallic blue,dark blue,black,white

Training:when she was twelve she trained with her uncle but at U.A she trains with todoroki.

Moira's appearance:when she's out on missions or training sometimes she can make her hair turn blue and grey her naturel hair is Burnett. her eyes are hazel but when her eyes turn blue it's either by anger or being afraid.

moira is fluent in two languages Russian,bulgarian

Also her mom was in the foster care system going from each home until she couldn't take it and became a villain out of not having a family to love and not given a chance to become something great. Moira's dad was just an ordinary hero went to U.A graduated and became a hero, he was considered normal until he met adeline.

Also moira gets telekinetic from her mother and gets telepathic from her grandmother (plus she was named after her) then has electric siphon from her father. All three quirks were passed down to her.
