The Plot Thickens ~ A Darksparks fanfic

Part 1 - The Prelude

[Wraith]

She was lying on the couch in the dropship, awaiting for the announcer to announce when the match is starting. She plays with her kunai as she looked around at the cast of legends.

Elliott.. Ramya.. Andrade.. Ajay.. and most importantly..

Natalie Paquette...

She sighed in embarrassment as she just continued to fiddle with her kunai. Ajay would look at her

"Something on ya' mind, Renee?"

She would look over at her

Don't tell her! She'll think of you weirdly! Just tell her thats it's nothing important

She sighs as her voices feel like knives piercing through her skull, attack her thoughts the entire time she sat there, in pain as she held onto her head

"I-I'm fine!"

She barely managed to get out as she look like she was in a lot of pain, tears softly falling down the side of her face

[Natalie]

She looks over at her, "Are you alright, Ms. Blasey?" A look of pure worry on her face.

Her was shaking her leg in anticipation, hoping to be on a team with her friend.

[Wraith]

She would look at Natalie softly, "I-I am now.." She smiled, almost forced, as she leaned up and wiped her tears away.

Attention Legends! Match Starting Soon!

As they started to list off the named of the legends on each team, I finally hear it

Wraith! Wattson! Loba!

My Heart started to beat out of my chest as I saw Nat get really happy  to have me on her team

[Natalie]

As she heard the names being called she was dealt with this very hard to express happiness, but she just looked very happy at wraith and figured that would work.

She would feel an overwhelming happiness as she just sat there, alone in her thoughts...
