1. Him

I stare at him with wandering eyes as he walks past in the hallway. My friends are talking to me, but my eyes are focused. Focused on him. If only he knew... "Lily, are you even listening?" my best friend Bella says. She saw that I wasn't paying attention. She saw what I was looking at too. She is the only one who knows. Knows that I have fallen madly in love with a boy who has no idea. She gives a smirk and doesn't say anything. No one can know. It's too humiliating. Almost funny. Who could actually fall in love with a boy that you barely talk too. Suddenly, the bell rings. "Bye, guys" Madelyn says as she and Bella goto gym class. The rest of the girls have some other classes. I have maths. With him. With Harry.

The thing is with this boy. Harry. Harry Styles. We've been in the same classes and homeroom since freshman year. We were best friends, but in junior year we drifted apart. Even though we aren't friends anymore we see each other everyday so obviously it would be impossible for me too loose feelings. Its been three years since I knew I was in love with him. I went two years without telling anyone. Whenever someone had a crush on him I would help them and never tell them anything. Until last year. I had to tell someone. So I told Bella. She was very confused. It's so random. No one would've thought. I wish I could tell the rest of my friends, but I am so scared of it coming out.

It's math class. We're getting new seating charts. I walk in and see that there are names on the desk. I look for mine. There. In the right, back corner. Next too. Fuck. Next too Harry. I see him walk into the classroom. I pretend I didn't even notice him. He sees his name and comes over. "Hey, Lily" he says with his beautiful, perfect smile. He has perfect brown curly hair. Dreamy green eyes. Eyes that are looking right into mine. I panic, but manage to bring out a smile before I sit down. How am I supposed to get over this boy when he is going to sit next to me the rest of the year. It's gonna be a rough year.
