We were now back at the Leaky Cauldron. I was setting the table as Molly made dinner. Ron and Harry were already sat, eagerly waiting for the food. Ron was showing Harry the picture of the Weasley family in the newspaper.

The twins entered the room, "Not flashing that clipping about again are you Ron?".

"I haven't shown anyone!" Ron lied.

"No not a soul. Unless you count Tom."

"-The day maid,"

"-The night maid,"

"-The cook,"

"-The bloke who came to fix the toilet,"

"-And that wizard from Belgium," Fred finished.

"Boys stop teasing your brother and sit down! The dinner is nearly ready," Mrs Weasley instructed as the twins complied.

Hermione came and sat at the table, reading the newspaper. "Have you seen this?" she put the copy of the daily prophet down in the middle of the table and there, staring back at me was my father. Except, he wasn't the man I remembered; the kindness in his eyes was now dark and enraged, his hair was disarranged and he was screaming like a mad man. The madness he showed caused my smile to fade. I studied him again, making sure this was my father.

Hermione began reading what it said, "Black still at large! Sirius Black, possibly the most infamous prisoner ever to be held in Azkaban fortress, is still eluding capture, the Ministry of Magic confirmed today.

"We are doing all we can to recapture Black," said the Minister of Magic, Cornelius Fudge, this morning, "and we beg the magical community to remain calm."

Fudge has been criticised by some members of the International Confederation of Wizards for informing the Muggle Prime Minister of the crisis.

"Well, really, I had to, don't you know," said an irritable Fudge. "Black is mad. He's a danger to anyone who crosses him, magic or Muggle. I have the Prime Minister's assurance that he will not breathe a word of Black's true identity to anyone. And let's face it — who'd believe him if he did?"

While Muggles have been told that Black is carrying a gun (a kind of metal wand that Muggles use to kill each other), the magical community lives in fear of a massacre like that of twelve years ago, when Black murdered thirteen people with a single curse,".

What she read did not describe my father or who he is. He can't have done that, could he? My breathing got heavier and I felt quite light headed.

"Y/n?" Fred moved to sit beside me and he placed his hand on mine. At the sudden contact, I flinched but my eyes didn't move from the photo of the man screaming back at me.

"Get it away from her!" George spoke sternly, clearly worried.

Hermione pulled the paper from in front of me, "Sorry y/n,"

I looked up at her and forced a slight smile, "No, it's okay Mione,"

"Are you okay?" Fred asked me, his hand still on mine.

I nodded, "Yeah, just a little shaken up that's all,"

Fred obviously wasn't convinced but he decided not to push it, "Okay. Anyways, it's not like he will be anywhere near you,"

That's where he was wrong. I hadn't told anyone that Sirius was my father, only Molly and Arthur knew out of all the Weasleys. They said they wouldn't tell anyone until I was ready and I guess that time just never came. But then again, if you wait until you're ready, you'll be waiting your whole life. I'm just so scared that they will hate me and I don't know what I would do without them.

"And if he did come anywhere near you," Fred continued. "Then I would be here to save you,"

"Oh yes, my knight in shining armour," I joked, trying to take my mind off of my father.

Ginny scoffed, "You? You're scared of Hermione!"

"Am not!" Fred disagreed. The two began to bicker like usual.

"Y/n," Arthur came over to me.

"Yeah?"

"Do you mind if we have a word?" he asked. I nodded and he lead me behind a brick column. "Are you okay?" he asked, clearly having noticed my reaction.

"Yeah.. do you think he will come for me?" I asked. I wasn't exactly scared of my father hurting me, truth is, I don't think he did what he has been accused of but I was scared of meeting him.. facing him.

"Well I'm guessing he will want to see you, it's been 13 years," Arthur truthfully spoke.

I could feel the tears beginning to form in my eyes. "Y/n don't worry," Mr Weasley whispered, pulling me into a comforting hug.

"You'll be okay, just try not to travel alone. Plus, don't forget, Hogwarts is the safest place for you. You'll be there tomorrow," Arthur calmed me. "Maybe you should tell someone? It might make you feel better.."

"No. I can't tell anyone. The people who need to know, know. Please don't tell Fred and George.. they'll hate me."

"We've already spoken about this, no one will tell anybody until you're ready. And don't be silly, those boys could never hate you! They love you y/n," He gave me a reassuring smile.

"Thank you," I smiled back.

"In Black's mind, Harry is the only one standing in the way of.. You-Know-Who returning to power. That's why he's escaped," He took a break as a maid walked by. " That's why he's escaped Azkaban.. to find Harry and kill him."

"No one in their right mind would go to Hogwarts, especially with Dumbledore being there but then again, Sirius isn't in his right mind.." Mr Weasley continued. "And not to worry you but like I said before, he will probably want to see his one and only child.. especially if you're close by,".

I nodded, he was right. If Sirius wanted to kill Harry who will be at Hogwarts then he will probably pay me a visit seeing as I will be there too...

We finished the conversation and I made my way back to the table, sitting beside Fred and opposite George. "What did you talk about?" George inquired.

"He was just calming me down and making sure I was okay," I wasn't exactly lying to them. George nodded and brushed it off, he went back to writing something down on a notepad he had with him.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Fred whispered so only I could hear.

"Yes Freddie, I'm okay, honestly," his cocoa-coloured eyes were staring into mine as I smiled at him.

"You can tell me anything, y/n/n," he smiled back, not breaking his eye contact. "You know that right?"

"Yes, of course I do," I told him. I could tell that he knew there was something I hadn't told him.

"Dinner is ready! Everyone sit!" Molly announced, saving me from conversation. I turned to her as she passed everyone their plates.
