We were soon on the platform to go back to school. Mr. Weasley was showing Ginny around the platform since it was her first time here where she's old enough to understand and Mrs. Weasley was trying her hardest to not cry. She was giving all her sons a kiss on the forehead and an extra big one to Ron since it was his first time leaving her. He looked terrified. On the way through the barrier they met another young boy who was in his first year as well, Fred and George helped him with his bag and owl.
"You're never going to believe who Ron just met" Fred said with wide eyes
"Who?"
"Harry Potter"
"Oh shut up"
"I mean it. Ron and mum just helped him get through the barrier"
"Fred..."
"You'll see. For once in my life I'm actually being serious"
On the train it was George, Fred, myself and unfortunately to all our disappointment, Bletchley and another student from our year in Slytherin. He would try and get involved with the conversation but since none of us like him and he doesn't really like us, it just felt uncomfortable.
After an hour or two we got more comfortable with my legs over Fred's and his head on my chest. It didn't take long for him to dose into a sleep, especially when I was twisting his hair between my fingers which over time I've learnt calms him down and makes him sleepy. I had George rattling my ear off about all the things he has planned for messing with Filch this year, which I couldn't help worry about the thought of them getting in trouble over it.
I kept feeling Bletchley looking at me. I tried to ignore him but he has one of those piercing looks that you can practically feel. I shot him a look of annoyance which just made him smirk. George noticed as well and gave him a warning look as well. Everyone knows Fred and George aren't threatening people, but with Bletchley, that is out the window. They hate him more than I do.
Fred suddenly shot awake from the shouting from the trolley lady asking if anyone wanted anything. He mumbled to George what he wanted and shuffled a little closer to me where he had slowly slipped down the chair. He gave a gentle kiss to my neck and wrapped his arms around me.
"Good sleep?"
"Mhm" he nodded and smiled sleepily. George threw his snack at him and sat back down to finish reading his book. Fred gave me a bite of his and kissed me again "how far away are we?"
"About an hour I think. Not sure, kind of lost track"
"Hour and a half" Bletchley said with a strong voice
"Thanks" I mumbled and wrapped my arm around Fred's
"How come you're sat in this booth anyway?" George asked him
"Because she's in here" he said and gave me a slimy look
"What?"
"I've realised that I was only horrible to you because I had a crush. I'm doing something about it, and seeing you now, you've gotten hot over summer" he said with an eyebrow wiggle
"Good luck" I scoffed "and stop being a creep"
"Won't need luck" he smiled and winked at me
"Don't you dare lay a finger on her" Fred muttered under his breath
"And what are you going to do about it Weasley?"
"You don't want to know Miles"
"Oh I think I do" Bletchley laughed and looked at his friend
