It's been a week since I opened that folder. I don't even know why it took me this long to decide.
My footsteps echoed in the hall. I sighed, 'I really hope I won't regret this.'
"Ma'am you can not go in there, Dr. Roberts is still in a meeting!" the nurse screamed. 'Perfect.'
'Inhale and exhale.'
I put my hand against the door and hesitated.
I knocked on the door and waited for an answer. "Come in!" someone screamed.
I took a deep breath and turned the knob and pushed open the door. Looking up my eyes met familiar molten grey eyes.
3rd Person POV
Their eyes met hers.
With a cold look in hers, "Good day gentlemen, please continue." waving them off.
"S-Sang?!!?" Gabriel exclaimed.
She grimaced. "That is my name but there is no need to scream it."
Sean got up and went to hug her. "Pookie! You came back!"
She dodged his touch. "If you can restrain yourself, Mister Green, please do so. I only came here for business purposes."
'That hurt.' the young doctor thought.
Sang's POV
"What brings you here Miss Sang?" Dr. Phil asks.
"As I have said before business."
Putting the folder on top of the table. "This appeared on my desk a week ago, I apologize for the delay, the Academy is just not my priority." I said while looking at him straight in the eyes.
"But we have an agree---" 'Here we go again.'
"I know that Dr. Roberts, but it seems that you are forgetting that I choose the missions I want to go on." I said without showing any emotion.
"The Academy saved y---" I cut him off again. "The Academy might have saved me Dr. Roberts but do NOT be mistaken, I don't work for the Academy, the Academy works for me!"
My phone dinged. "If you are done doctor, I have more important matters to attend to," looking at them one by one and nodding my head.
"Gentlemen."
