Fred Weasley Has My Heart

Katelyn, Harry, Hermione, and Ron walked up the stairs as they argued. "No, I'm telling you! If we get in trouble one more time, McGonagall will have our heads!" Harry said. 

Katelyn was about to respond when the stairs jerked and started to move. "What's happening?" Ron asked panicking. 

"The stairs move, Ronald!" Hermione rolled her eyes, "we better get off here before we end up in some weird place" they all agreed and rushed up the stairs. "This is the forbidden corridor" Hermione whispered. 

Ron gulped audibly making Katelyn snicker slightly, "it's not funny" he squeaked. Katelyn ruffled his head of red hair as she opened a door. The torches lit up when she walked in. Katelyn looked around. They slowly made their way down the corridor. 

They all jumped when they heard a meow. "Oh no!" Harry said, "it's Misses Norris!" 

"Mr. Fliches cat!" Katelyn said. The four rushed down the corridor to a door. They heard footsteps. 

Hermione took out her wand and pointed it at the lock, "Alohomora!" she cried quietly. The lock opened and she opened the door. The four rushed in and closed it after them. 

They all blew out a breath as they backed up from the door. "That was close," Ron said. Katelyn nodded in agreement. 

They all froze as they heard a soft growl. Katelyn was the first to turn which meant she was the first to scream. Harry, Hermione, and Ron screamed as well as they saw the large three-headed dog that was looking at them like they were dinner. 

Katelyn flung the door open and the four rushed out. Harry and Ron put the lock back on the door. "What the bloody hell was that?" Ron asked breathlessly. 

"A three-headed dog, Ronald" Katelyn rolled her eyes.

"Did you see what it was standing on?" Hermione inquired 

The three snapped their heads towards her. "I wasn't looking at the bloody things feet! I was trying not to die!" Ron cried. 

Harry slapped his hand over Ron's mouth, "quiet you, idiot! We'll be caught"

Ron nodded. "It was standing on a trapdoor," Hermione said as she ignored Ron's statement. 

Katelyn and Harry looked at each other while Ron looked like he was going to be sick. "We best get back to our common rooms, it's way past curfew! We'll bring this up to Fred and George tomorrow" Katelyn said. 

The four nodded and ran out of the corridor and back down the moving steps. 

Two Days Later

The Bandits were hanging out at Hagrid's Hut as he showed them an egg. 

"I know what that is!" Ron said with amazement as he looked at the egg. 

"It's a dragon egg!" the three Weasley's said. 

"T'at t' is, boys" Hagrid said. 

"Where did you-" Fred began

"-find one?" finished George. 

Hagrid shrugged, "someone in Knockturn Alley. He was wearing a hood so I couldn't get a goo' look at 'em" 

Katelyn pointed to the crack, "I think it's hatching, Hagrid!" 

Everyone watched as the dragon broke the shell. Hagrid clapped and picked him up with his oven mitts. The baby dragon set his beard on fire making Hermione and Katelyn jump back in their seats. 

Hagrid dabbed at his beard with his oven mitt clad hands. "Say Hagrid," Katelyn said as he was distracted, "we think Snape is trying to steal the Philosopher's Stone" 

"Nonsense!" cried Hagrid, "Snape is one of the teachers protecting the stone. Besides no one will get past good ol' Fluffy. Unless you play the harp, er' course...I shouldn't have told you 'dat" 

The six ran out of the hut and to Professor McGonagall. "Professor!" Fred called as they rushed into her classroom. 

McGonagall looked up in bewilderment, "what do I owe the pleasure of The Bandits visiting me?" she raised an eyebrow. 

"We have to talk to Professor Dumbledore, Professor!" cried Ron urgently.

"Well Professor Dumbledore is out right now," she said. 

"He can't be out!" Harry said. 

"We think someone's going to try and steal the Philosopher's stone!" said Katelyn. 

McGonagall pointed at them, "I'm not sure how any of you found out about the stone but it is under great protection. You six shall go back to your dormitories this instant!" 

"Yes Professor" the six sighed. They walked out of the classroom. 

"Something is going to happen to that stone..." George said.

"And we're going to be there" Katelyn finished. The other five nodded.
