Felix and Chenle found themselves standing before a quaint vintage-like shop, its exterior adorned with a charm that seemed to beckon them inside.

"Are you even serious with this, Hyung?" Chenle's voice held a note of apprehension as he eyed the shop skeptically.

Felix glanced at his friend with very determined and sparkling eyes. "Yes! There's no turning back," he responded.

Chenle sighed in disbelief. "Are you that desperate? My gosh." He just wanted to slap his friend and pull him far away from this place he saw on the internet, and lock him in his room before he did something so stupid.

"I am! You know how much I like Channie Hyung," Felix responded.

"Do you seriously believe in this shit? Magic is not true; they don't exist. You're just making a fool out of yourself." Never in his entire life had Chenle imagined that he'd be entering a magic shop, but here he was, standing in front of it with his desperate, lovesick friend willing to sacrifice his own dignity and sanity just for his crush to like him back.

"We will never know unless we try, so we have to figure it out," the older said. Chenle couldn't believe that Felix could go this far. This was crazy.

"You're nuts! What if it's poisonous and you end up killing Chan Hyung? Are you that stupid?" They didn't even know who the hell sold a love potion in modern days. People were smarter than this. Science couldn't even explain magic; there was no way this was true. Felix was just so desperate.

"Oh my gosh, stop being overdramatic," the older retorted. He could do everything just for Chan to like him. Yes, call him crazy, but he was so into Chan he couldn't imagine Chan being with someone who wasn't him. It was a bit scary to think that way. Call him selfish; it was fine. He didn't care as long as Chan liked him back, even if it meant doing something like this.

"I'm not. I'm just stating the possibilities that could happen with this stupidity," Chenle responded. Felix rolled his eyes at his friend and just grabbed his hand so they could enter the shop together as soon as possible.

"There's nothing wrong if we try," Felix said. He grabbed the doorknob and opened the door, the sounds of the clashing bell door hanger ringing as the door was being pushed.

A cute, young-looking lady and a tall guy greeted them with huge smiles plastered on their faces that Chenle found creepy while Felix found warming.

"Hello, sweeties. I am Wheein, the owner of this shop. Would you like to experience magic?" Wheein's saccharine smile sent shivers down Chenle's spine, while Felix regarded her with a mixture of excitement and desperation.

As Chenle contemplated pulling his friend away from the shop, Felix's resolve seemed to solidify, his eyes shining with an almost reckless determination. "Yes, please. I desperately need magic," he replied, his voice tinged with a fervent hope that Chenle found both endearing and concerning.

"Holy shit," Chenle muttered under his breath, resigned to the fact that his friend's ardor knew no bounds.
